Anyone doing it this challenge??
I'll do it if we can scramble a team together by Monday (the day it starts).
I would so love to do this, but of course I can't until this baby comes out lol! I swear the day after I give birth I'm on the straight and narrow to be sexyfied by next summer lol!
Krystal, I did the challenge while I was pregnant with Anderson! You set your own healthy eating and exercise goals and give yourself points based on how you do by your own standards. I wasn't getting many exercise points towards the end, but it was good to still be a part of the team and to be accountable to check in.

I'll do it! I just bought the Jillian 30 Day Shred DVDs and I plan to start Monday, so it would work perfect! I NEED TO LOOSE WEIGHT!!!!!!

Katie- I actually just did the first video... DH downloaded it for me. The moves are simple. Nothing fancy. It goes in short bursts of cardio, abs, and strength (weights) for I think 4 rounds... so you don't get bored. BUT IT WAS HARD. At least for me because I really am out of shape. But I finished with only pausing for a few seconds here and there. I should be sore tomorrow!
Nichole- I just did it this morning, and holy crapy was it HARD! I agree, the moves are easy, but I thought I was going to die towards the end with the cardio. Ryken kept asking me if I was ok, lol.
