I see your siggy has changed - you are working on number 2!! Congrats!! HH9M to you!! How cool that you and Nicole will be on the same BB again!
I saw that too! Congrats!
hee hee! I was wondering how long it was gonna take for your girls to notice! Thanks! I am kinda surprised by it happening so quickly. We were just not preventing and not really caring if we got pregnant or not.
My first appointment is not till 4/28. I asked if we could get an u/s before hand, which I hope Dr. will order. We are excited, but don't want to get *too* excited till we hear baby's heartbeat.
Funny thing--moments after getting a positive POAS test...Jack went over to the wall and ripped my wallpaper. I thought to myself-how am I gonna handle two? Am I crazy???? then I thought of my mother in law, who had 8.
AHHHHHHHH!!! congrats!!!!!! thats awesome news!
i must admit tho, you preggos are killing me... im getting baby fever SO bad.. i *thought* I was done at two, so much so that i was beggin DH to get the snip... now I keep thinking about how badly I want a little baby in the house again.. lol although, like you, i think to myself alot about how i would handle another. for now im going to live vicariously thru you preggos and my IRL preggo friends.. lol
im so excited for you!

Trust me, if I can do it, you can too! I still have some semblance of my sanity. How I've made it through these 17 months I couldn't tell you, but I have! You'll figure it out, mama!
I noticed the siggy on another thread! CONGRATS!!!
Congrats! I am super excited for you! I agree with Leah. If we can do it, so can you. At least your two will be a couple of years apart. Somehow, we are surviving and enjoying twins and a 7yo. Here is the thing, you just do it. You all adapt and life goes on. You learn to love the new family dynamic.
Oh I am sure we'll do great. I am getting more excited. Just because I am paranoid, I took another pee test today, and it turned dark blue instantly. I really didnt' need to take it because I was awful nauseas later this morning. And I am getting the same food aversions I had with Jack-chicken is the main one so far. Ick.
I have an ultrasound next Wednesday just to confirm things are okay-hubby was freaked out that they are doing it so early this time, and so on. I told him I asked for it, and it was just that they had an opening for one then.
Thanks for all the well wishes. I'll keep everyone posted over the next few months!!
Yay! I'm glad they are doing an early ultrasound, just for the peace of mind. I'm glad you are nauseous, not that it's so pleasant for you, but it's a great sign of alot of baby hormones!
Awww! Congrats Anne! That's super exciting! You will do great and I'm sure Jack will be so happy to have a playmate!
Hey all-I just wanted to give a quick update--had an ultrasound last Wednesday, was measuring 6w2d, about two days off from my calendar, but my cycle had been a day or two longer than "normal" for the last few months, so I am not concerned. Saw a little teeny heart beating, 112 bpm. Due date is now 12/28/11!! And I feel pregnant. Sore, tired, nauseaus.
Yay for a great u/s! I think you mean 11/28/11, right? That is a great date! My girls will be 2 on 11/28, so you just hold out for it.
yes, 11/28! Not 12/28, that would be Jack's birthday!!
Ahh pregnancy brain! Really I suppose it's just leftover pregnancy brain turned into mommy brain, or at least that's what I tell people about me! Glad everything looks great so far and yay for a teeny heartbeat!
Pregnancy + mommy brain = no memory! I just tell people that I have twin brain. Really, I cannot keep much straight anymore. I really barely function. My work is lucky that I function as well as I do most days.
