swim diapers

So what is everyone planning on doing for this? I've heard you can use a pocket diaper without the insert? Anyone tried this? I know they have disposable ones but what about non-disposable ones? Anyone have one they like?

We usually use either a regular diaper or a little swimmers diaper. Hes usually not swimming long enough to make the reg diaper an issue, but we don't swim in public places either.

We have cloth swim diapers from swim lessons, the type of lessons we do you get one with registration, so I have a few sizes from when DS was taking them pre potty training.
A lot of public pools now require you have a cloth swim diaper or have one over the little swimmers as those will leak a BM pretty quickly.
I can't wait till the pool opens! We spend pretty much every day, all day there and I am super excited for Kara to get her swim on Wink

Totally this! Also be advised it's not really a dipe in the sense that when they pee, it just gets everywhere as if they were wearing nothing at all....at least the cloth ones will hold the poop until you get out of the pool, and if they pee in the cloth one, everything doesn't get totally soaked!!

So with the cloth swim diapers, the LO just wears that with nothing underneath?

I use disposable diapers, but I want to use cloth for swimming.

Yes, LO wears nothing just like disposable ones. Swim diapers (cloth is disposable) do not keep the pee contained... just the poop Smile
