Im planning on starting a weight loss regimen around the 18th of this month. Anyone interesting in Joining me as a way to keep motivated and on track?
My plan is to try this primal diet Carrie talks about(I just got the kindle version of the first book the other day) and to start the couch to 5k running program. I would like to lose 30-35 lbs. Hopefully by summer beginning or end.

I am hoping to maintain what I have lost by sticking to the primal diet. I'd like to tone up a little but I really hate exercise. I will probably just try to walk more as the weather improves. I would be happy to share recipes and meal ideas and cheer each other on.

Carrie and Amanda...if you don't mind, I'm going to lurk the heck out of that thread. I'm a November Mama, but I'm getting back onto the paleo diet - the same thing as primal, but with no dairy. I'd love to share recipe/meal ideas!!!

Do you all want to do a weekly weigh in? We don't have to reveal our weight just gain or loss. If not weekly then monthly?

Hilary - I had a 800+ calorie Marie calendars meal for lunch and thought "guess I will work on the weight loss tomorrow." LOL
I'll be following you guys and joining in when I am online more. I used myfitnesspal.com when I lost 65 lbs after ds and plan to use it again. I think I'll go update my account now.![]()
