Boobs!

I had this false sense of security from nursing during early pregnancy. My supply plummeted around 10 weeks plus Luke losing interest naturally so we weaned each other so to speak lol.

I had NO tenderness, no swelling, no nothing and was completely delighted. I weaned him and for about 4 weeks my boobs are almost PRE-PREGNANCY and i LOVED it. My cute bras are actually starting to fit again for the first time in 20 months. In the last week they have exploded again, tender, and sooooo full feeling. I went from a 34D pre-preg to an E while nursing  I think my E days are right around the corner again.

so what are yours up to these days???

Mine are doing the same thing. The tenderness of the 1st tri had started to go away and I thought they were going to start behaving themselves, then in the past week they have gotten sooo sore, and very... uh, firm. They also ITCH like crazy!!!! It's kind of freaking me out.

Lots of pain on the right side. I assume they are growing b/c my bra is tighter, but they don't look any bigger to me.

They hurt like crazy in the first trimester and I still wouldn't dare go to bed braless, but I don't think they're any bigger yet.

I noticed last night that I cannot sleep without a bra anymore, I need to go get a shelf tank or sleep bra, They seem so heavy. I am in a 36D right now, I also hit an E last time, I really hope I do not this time Sad I like my normal 34D boobs. I miss them already.

Tenderness comes and goes, but they get esp. tender in the nips. Sad My poor DH is liking them but rarely gets to touch them cuz they are sore a lot. I was a B/C before and I'm a good sized D right now. I dread when the milk comes in. That was when I could give Dolly a run for the money.

Aside from the usual tenderness, mine are the same. They haven't gotten any bigger, but they do look a little like a road map because my blue veins are very visible under my skin!

My OB told me that the soreness/tenderness usually goes away during the 2nd trimester-ha! still waiting for that to happen! The mostly bother me at night when I am laying down. I know that wearing a bra would help but I just can't sleep with a bra on! And lately I get this burning feeling in them every once in a while. Like they are burning from the inside out.

And my boobs are an absolute no touching zone! DH hates this but I can't stand it anymore for some reason. They are super sensitive and it just creeps me out when he gets anywhere near them. It's so weird.

Still trying to wean DS--he is going like 4 days between nursings at this point, and I am having a hard time saying no when my boobs start to feel full (and they only start to feel full every 4 days also!) It is pretty weird, really...but since I'm still lactating, I haven't noticed any breast changes, other than tender nipples. Last time, I weaned DD at about 12 weeks and I never had the breast pain I got during my first pregnancy.

My tenderness went away about two weeks ago. I started out barely an A and am now a small B which I love. lol. But DH hates it because I wouldn't let him touch them when they were tender and now he has been gone for 3 weeks. He gets home tonight so that might change. Smile

My soreness went away right around the second trimester mark. Occasionally I have a day where they hurt a bit, but not much at all!

I was a smallish B before pregnancy, now I am a very full B lol. My band size went from 34 to 36 too. They haven't grown much more lately, but I can see more veins and they itch a bit after I take off my clothes (same with the belly!)

Same here! i had tremendous breast pain with my first! Days before my missed period all the way through the 1st trimester. It hurt to walk, or drive over hit potholes, go up and down stairs. I think nursing through the 1st trimester is what spared me that pain this time!

Lol that's too funny! Mine were very sore between 6 and 10 weeks, but they're fine now. They have gotten a size bigger though (which DH loves)!

Still breastfeeding my three year old at night, but feels like my supply has dropped to almost zero...just colostrum.

Boobs definitely are bigger, probably moving up to a C cup, but still wearing my B bras...

I could have written this. My boobs got HUMONGOUS when I was pregnant with our son. They went down, but not nearly to what they were. Now they're getting huge again. I don't even know what size bra I wear. Mine doesn't properly fit, I need to get some new ones so badly!
