FAT stage

Ok. So I am officially in the fat stage.

If I wear my regular pants I have a muffin top.

If I wear maternity pants they fall down everytime I take a few steps.

My bella band sucks and doesn't work well.

What are you ladies doing???? Any advice for clothes??? Right now my choice is muffin top with larger top to try and disguise it.

Holy moly I am almost 8 weeks and this is already happening. UGHHHHH

I wear my regular jeans, unbuttoned and pulled up a bit more than normal and I wear these AMAZING tank tops that I live by!! http://www.walmart.com/ip/Sweet-Nothings-Lace-Trim-Shaping-Bodysuit-Style-87348/14004114 They not only slim your muffin tops off but make your flab stay still when you walk AND hold up your pants... I LOVE LOVE LOVE these and can't not wear them. I have about 20 of them in all diff colors!! Biggrin

I'm 10 weeks today (first pregnancy though) and I have to sag my pants. It's pretty ridiculous. The muffin top is so huge it shoves my pants down. So obviously I have to wear a belt so I'm not showing off my butt crack!

I'm go between wearing pants that are too tight and a tank to control the flab with a long shirt over it or maternity pants that I am constantly pulling up because they are way to big. One thing that has been good is just wearing a flowy summer dress.

I am just this week feeling like my normal clothes are making me look like a sausage. Sad My old maternity clothes are huge though. I hate this middle stage, it passes soon though!

I wear my pre maternity jeans fashioned with a hair tie to keep the button tied lol, and a "bella band" type thing (although I bought mine at Motherhood, and I can't remember what it's called!). I live by black leggings, because they're all stretchy material, even around the waist and look great! I love the tanks from Motherhood as well, they have a built in bra and are super comfy!

I ordered the most beautiful lavender maternity shirt from the Gap that ties across the back of the neck, and a super cute maternity bathing suit, fyi! Now I'm just waiting for it to warm back up, we're having strange weather here in Vegas, it was 67 degrees yesterday, our high!

I'm doing the hair band trick today and it is doing well. I feel somewhat human today although I puked in my mouth when someone let out a horrible gas attack here at work. UGHHH

I'm totally in this stage. I'm opting for stretchy pants/shorts haha.

Total fat stage here! Which, you know, is awesome for being on vacation! I bought a bikini for hawaii and it came in the mail the day after i found out i was preggo. Sheesh! I wore it the first two days but now it is just not acceptable to wear in public!

yep i hate having the muffin top. I do love my motherhood secret panel jeans. They do some flabby belly smoothing and so far they are a little baggy in the legs but they stay up.

ETA: I dont like my bella band in pregnancy. I have a very round butt so the band just curls up! it wont stay low enough to keep my pants up. I do love to wear it under my shirts when i nurse so it keeps my belly hidden. kind of like a undershirt but it doesnt get in the way of whippin out the boob.
