for those of you who are interested in fitness while pregnancy youtube has so many fitness videos.
I think my favorite is Cindy Whitmarsh. She is a fitness instructor who is currently pregnant. She submits a new exercise video weekly with a nutrition tip of the week. I wouldn't recommend her videos if you weren't previously active, and obviously check your doc first!
