Going home outfits

We talked about them in the other thread, so let's share them here. Have you already gotten one bought or picked out? I don't remember this thread, recently at least... sorry if I missed it.

I just ordered one for Lucas. I wanted one similar to the one I had for dd and ds. It's pretty much the only baby clothes I save.

I got this and will use the sleeper and hat for coming home.

We got our girl the most adorable footsie from Target to come home in, but then the woman at the u/s place said she will most likely be a 9+ pounder soooo NB probably isn't going to work. lol

We are going back today to look for a new one.

Yours is adorable!

Angie, I love it!! I need to get Ryan an outfit to come home in. I wanted to find him a "little brother" outfit. I received a cute one as a gift, however, the shirt is short sleeved so unless I can find a little jacket to go with it then that is not going to fly.

I hear that a lot, but my ds was 8 lbs 13 ounces and my dd was 8 lbs 9 ounces and both of them fit fine in a newborn, in fact the clothes were a little big on them.

Same here - Deacon was 8lbs 3 oz and fit into NB for several weeks.

Thank you. I was so happy to find something that looked comfortable and fit our Dec weather.

I have that same outfit!

I'll have to take a pic of some of the options I'm considering... Just depends on what she fits in and what I am in the mood for at the time! HAHA. I plan to bring a few options.

That is the exact outfit I was talking about!! LOL The short sleeves won't work here because it's freezing here in December.

Even if its freezing here...our walk to the car is like non existent since DH picks me up at the front door and then we pull into the garage and walk into the house. I rarely dressed DH much warmer than this and the pour child was always sweaty....I'm assuming I'm backing another heater box in there. Smile

Here are some that I'm choosing from. The pink sleeper is the outfit my DS picked out for her as a gift. I'm open to your suggestions or faves!

How funny, I wanted to post what outfit we chose and I was too lazy to snap a photo......well here it is!!:)

I bought this the day I found out it was a boy!! I love it!!

Also, the day after my c-section date is "Civil War". I'm an Oregon State Grad and that is the day we play University of Oregon, we will be watching from the hospital. So we got the cutest OSU outfit for him that day. We also got DS gear for that day too!!

Y'all are WAY to on the ball for me! LOL! I was going to see if MIL wanted to pick something out. She had 2 boys, and lives out of town, so I fell bad that she does not get to participate in all this fun stuff!

That outfit is adorable! I LOVE LOVE LOVE anything with stars! I do have Trystan's outfit already, I just haven't picked it out yet! I know I'll just grab something from his drawers, I don't really care what it is as long as it's warm!

This will probably be baby boy's first outfit (though it will be a homebirth, so I have the whole closet at my disposal! Blum 3 )
It's from westcoastbaby.com, a local company... made with organic bamboo. soooo soft. I ordered a whole bunch of stuff from them in nearly all colors and sizes! out of control

Nice! I never knew how awesome bamboo clothing is. I just bought a bamboo/cotton (70/30) robe that is so crazy soft and I'm in love with it.
