Hello!

Hi everyone, just wanted to introduce myself! I got my BFP on Thursday night with an estimated due date of December 29th. I'm cautiously excited, and honestly was a little freaked out at first. I hope that's normal, haha! Smile

I also have a little boy who turned 2 in February. Like most 2 year olds he's into EVERYthing and keeps me insanely busy. I'm a little wistful of when I was pregnant with him and could just lounge on the couch when I was tired...not going to be an option this time around!

Oh yeah, and my name is Erin! Might be nice if I included that in the introduction, haha! I guess the pregnancy brain has kicked in already.

Welcome Erin!! I understand exactly what you mean about missing lounging on the couch. LOL I have a 4 year old so I am chasing a little one around all day as well.

Seriously! Just this morning he managed to spill my coffee everywhere and then lock the bathroom door and close it (thankfully he didn't lock himself in, he just locked everyone else out!). OYyyy!

...and it was decaf coffee too. I am really gonna hate this no caffeine thing!

Welcome and congratulations. I thought it was hard being pregnant with my second. My DS was 2 then and kept me on my toes. This time dd is 18 months and wow, talk about tired. I feel like I chase her all day long. lol.

I agree, those 6 months between 18 months and 2 years old really do make a big difference in how independent they are. I have to watch him like a hawk (obviously), but he's a lot more self sufficient and can entertain himself more than at 18 months...

I definitely know what it's like to chase kids around! I have an 8 year old, a 6 year old (both boys) and a 2 year old daughter, so I never get a break! It's not so bad now, but I know when I get into my 3rd trimester, I'm not going to want to move off of my bed lol! Congrats on your new addition and welcome to December!
