    Default Hot flashes!!

I have been having crazy hot flashes for the past few weeks, and it's driving me crazy! I have to have the window on my side of the bed open at night and I have the fan blowing directly on me... all while sleeping naked (sorry TMI lol)!! Poor DH is head to toe in pjs and the blanket and freezing, but I can't help it. Is there anyone else in my boat? I'm wondering maybe if I've developed high blood pressure or something?? At my appt a few days ago I was borderline... 134/85...

I don't get flashes but my deoderant isn't keeping up any more. It's so gross.

Me, I am so very hot that the rest of my family is always freezing. I sleep with a fan on and it is very cold in our room. I keep opening the back door and it gets so cold I love it and they whine.

I have been like this with my boys, I was cold with DD.

Lol (I really don't mean to laugh)!! I know what you mean. I switched to the more expensive kind, that clinical strength stuff... but I don't see much of a difference!

I have been having serious night sweats. Last night I woke up drenched. It's disgusting!

No hot flashes, but I am definitely warmer than usual these days. Today it was 50 outside and I drove to work w/o out the heat on in my car. I'm still wearing short sleeves too!

I'm hot basically all the time!!! I hate it, I used to be cold blooded and would wear sweaters year round, so feeling warm constantly is weird for me. I don't wear coats when I go out and yup, I sweat at night sometimes too. I sleep in maybe a light shirt at most and i often don't even use the sheet...meanwhile DH is bundled up like a big burrito, haha

I'm hot!! The house was 63 degrees today and I was happy as a clam DH came in and turned the heat on. I don't wear a coat unless its under 40. I'm usually on the chilly side.

I think high Bp could make you feel hot. Not in my case though, mine was 102/60. I'm always glad when my systolic hits 100 lol

I am in the same boat! I usually freeze and at work and home I wear a sweater all the time. At work there is two of us who freeze and we use a space heater lol Now I am hot all the time- i had to open the door at work last week to cool down - people must have though we were crazy as there is now snow on the ground and its pretty chilly outside. Everyone at work bugs me cause they know how I used to be freezing all the time.

I bought a cooling neck wrap today at a craft sale- You wet it and it has gel inside that expands. Can't wait to try it out

Me too!! So weird...all week I've been wondering if my deodorant is old or something, lol, it just doesn't work right anymore. I think I need to switch brands...

This morning the thermostat in our house said 63 too and I wasn't even freezing! Normally I would have turned the heat on. I'm definitely feeling warm all the time. I usually keep our house set to 68-69 degrees. People that visit our house absolutely freeze, haha.
