Well since we are all sharing... I guess a lot of us had appointments today!
Mine was pretty uneventful. I had a lot of questions, but everything is quite routine (lightheadedness, tiredness, swelling, anxiety...etc!). Baby's heart sounded good, and my midwife felt around a little bit to feel how she was lying. Based on what I had felt for movement that morning, I had a suspicion...I was pretty much right! I also measure right on at 25 weeks despite feeling huge!
She also gave me the paperwork for the GD test and told me to get it done within three weeks. I did it today just to get it over with, and also because she thought my iron could be low and wanted that checked out (if it is, it could be contributing to my exhaustion and I want that fixed ASAP!) so anyway, I did the test and managed okay. The drink was fine, tasted like flat orange pop! It did make me feel icky though. Now I just hope I passed!
Oh, and i have one more monthly appointment and then I go to bi-weekly...this is going so fast!!!!!!!
All these appts today..I feel like the odd man out since mine is next week at 26 weeks, lol!
Glad you had a good appt! That's good you got to go ahead and do your GD test. I hope you get the results soon.
You are right about things going so fast! I can't believe we are this far. It's like time is dragging but flying at the same time.
Congrats on a good appt Hilary!!

Glad you had a good appt! I have to do the GD test this Friday at my 25 week appt. Not looking forward to it, but you are right, it just tastes kinda like flat sweet orange soda to me, it's not really that bad.

Glad your appointment went well. I think it's crazy how fast these pregnancies seem to be going by. I know for me at least it seems like it's just zipping through the entire thing. GL on the GD testing. I don't think the stuff tastes bad. I think it's just hard keeping down all that sugar in your stomach. BLECH.
Congratulations on the wonderful, uneventful appt. Uneventful is good.... =)

Thanks everyone! I hope I pass the test too. She was listing the types of foods I would have to be careful with if I don't (bread, pasta, rice, etc) to which I said "great, all my favourites!" lol. Though she did say then that I could very well have low blood sugar and eat those to keep it up. I wondered about that when I suddenly crave a slurpee from 7-11 and feel a ton better when I'm finished it!?! Haha! If I have to stop I will cry
At the time baby was lying with feet towards my left, head down a little on my right. Pretty much what I had figured given where I was feeling a lot of kicks! She said that she doesn't usually start checking until later though, and that baby could totally flip whenever she feels like it. I think she does often!
