Names?

Anyone have names in mind? I'm still in debating stages and would definatly love some feedback....

For a girl: Addison Elizabeth or Alexis Beth (Elizabeth is my Grandma's name and we are beyond close. So that is the middle no matter what...

For a boy: Levi (can't find a middle name with this one) or Keelan Todd (after my favorite brother)

I love the flow of Addison Elizabeth! Hmm.. A middle mane for Levi....

Levi James?
Levi ... hmmm, that is a hard one. Like the Levi, though!

FWIW- My MIL told me that if you think you like a name, go outside a scream it like you are mad. If it comes out eaisly and fast enough, it's a keeper! LOL!

I like your choices. I want Addison too but my dh is fighting me on it. Levi is a really cute name.

I like Addison, really pretty name. Levi is cute too. Middle names are tricky because it needs to flow well with your last name too. How many syllabols do you want?

I really don't know. I have family members that I want all my children named after. I love my brother's names Todd Kevin and My dad's is Robert Allen so I may do Levi Allen. It sounds smooth to me... Braiden already has Robert for his middle so that's ruled out.. and DH has a first name that would be lame as a middle...so we're stuck haha.

Why didn't anyone else share theirs? haha

I didn't share because we are in the phase that goes like this:

(us, watching a movie and the credits come up"

Me: What about that name?
Him: No
Me: OOOKKAAAYY...what about that one?
Him: Eh. How about that one?
Me: No way! I hate it.

LOL - see where I am going? We just haven't come up with any.

DS was going to be Claire Elaine and Dh is still liking that one, so that's our one MAYBE - although I'm not wanting to use it now.

We are having a hard time, too. Maybe it will be easier when we know the sex in a few weeks.

I love James for a boy. And I would love to use Kayla as a middle name if it is a girl. DH has been obsessed with Jedidiah and calls the baby Obiwan....from Star Wars. SIGH!

Lol my situation is kind of like that "Friends" episode where Ross and Rachel are telling each other what their choices of names are and each one of them keeps saying "veto" to the other one! I like Bella Noel for a girl (that's what we're praying it is!) but DH absolutely hates it! I'm to the point where I don't care, they hand me the paperwork in the hospital to fill out her birth certificate, and I'm pretty sure I'm carrying her and pushing her out, so I don't care if he likes it or not!

If it's a boy (God help me, we already have 4 boys... DH has two from a prior marriage, I have one from a prior marriage, and we have one together!) DH actually wants the name of the villian in The Fantastic Four comics... Victor VonDoom... is he out of his mind???!! He actually thinks I'm going to put the name "Doom" on a birth certificate??!! The only boy name we can agree on so far is Lincoln, no middle names yet though!

You are in the same boat as her!! hahaha Poor ladies. My DH is a bore. He wants really average names. i'm not huge on average names. And of course he wants a Jeremy Jr. and that's just beyond lame.

We have a name we like for a girl, but we are at a complete stand still for a boy! I really just don't know if we can agree on anything there haha.

I *love* the name Addison and I would put that on my list, except my dd is Allison and that would just be too close lol.

lol, my ds' name is James Edward IV lol, so that just made me laugh.

I wanted Lucas Ryan for a boy name if dd had been a boy, so that is still on the top of the list for boys. For girls we are talking about Kaitlyn and Alaina (Laney).

We just started talking names today! I love Olivia if it's a girl - I know, it's popular now but it's my grandma's name and also my middle name. DH likes it too so I think we will go with that. Potential middle names are Olivia Josephine or Olivia Leonie... we will see.

We're having a real tough time with boy names. There are none I feel strongly about. I don't mind Lucas and Christopher (my dad's name is Christoph), but my best friend just named her son that. I don't know why boys are so tough!

We have tossed around boys names. Girls names are so much harder for us for some reason. We will likely go with Ryan Andrew or Brycen Andrew if it's a boy. My SS is Billy Jr. so I am glad my hubby already had his namesake and it wasn't up to me to give him one. LOL It just gets so confusing because DH is named after his grandpa so when there's a family get together we have Bill (DH's grandpa), Billy (my DH), and Little Billy (SS). So it gets very confusing have all those Bill's around!!

For a girl I love the name Kennedy or Kinley. I like the "ken" route because my Dad's name is Kenneth and I want to honor him with this baby. He loves the name Andrew so if it's a boy that's how we're honoring him. Only bad thing is our last name starts with a K so the two strong K names might be too much.

If this lo is a girl (which I'm thinking it is..lol) she'll be Zelie (prn. Zay-lee) Shea. Zelie is after Marie Azelie Martin (went by Zelie) who was St. Therese's mother. We have absolutely nothing for a boy except that the middle name will be Kenneth after my dad and brother who passed in 09.
