How are you feeling: Starting to feel really big and pregnant. I can't get comfortable, clothes are annoying me, housework is starting to be too much work, and I get grouchy easily! My poor family will not like the next 10 weeks!!

When is your next appt. and what is it for?: Oct. 25th for a checkup

Do you have a gut instinct or a feeling as to when the baby will really come?: I am thinking he will be here between the 14th-21st of December.

Since many of us have reached the "miserable" stage, what if anything helps improve your mood? Sweets? A bath? Naps? A walk? etc.: Nothing....lol

Who do you plan to have in the delivery room with you?: DH and my Mom. Brynna has said she wants to see her baby brother born but I really don't think she is old enough to handle and understand the process and I don't want to scare her.

Is out-of-town family visiting after the baby comes? If so who, and where are they staying?: All of our immediate family lives within 15 minutes of us so we will have no out of town visitors.

Something bad?: Hitting the discomfort stage.

Something good?: I think the time will go quickly now because we'll have Halloween, Thanksgiving, and then soon after our little guy should be here. The end of the year seems to go by quickly.

How are you feeling: Pretty irritable, impatient and annoyed mentally. Physically I just feel like poo on a stick. My back hurts, I have sciatic nerve pain, I'm getting swelling in my hands and feed and va jj, can't breath, getting heartburn regularly, and I have this extreme pressure on my bladder. I am so uncomfortable walking for short amounts of time. I don't know how you ladies who work on your feet do it!

When is your next appt. and what is it for?: Regular check up on October 27th. Seeing a different midwife as mine is out of town that week. Should be interesting. Then I start going every week.

Do you have a gut instinct or a feeling as to when the baby will really come?: I can't get Nov. 22 out of my head! If that is the case, I have 34 days to go.

Since many of us have reached the "miserable" stage, what if anything helps improve your mood? Sweets? A bath? Naps? A walk? etc.: Naps help. As do large cups of really yummy coffee. Some down time always helps too.

Who do you plan to have in the delivery room with you?: My DH, mom and sister.

Is out-of-town family visiting after the baby comes? If so who, and where are they staying?: My sister is coming from out of town to be with me during the delivery and after. I am sure she will stay with my mom. My other sister is coming a couple of weeks later for the holidays and will also stay with my mom. My MIL and her husband tried to get us to let them come here starting around thanksgiving and stay with us for a month! That would have been absolutely HORRIBLE! Luckily my Dh put his foot down. His mom might come for a week, but she is being wishy washy.

Something bad?: Work has reach epic heights of stress!

Something good?: Hmmm, something good... something good... I dunno. I guess that my DH is so patient and understanding about my crazy moods and lack of energy. And that I potentially have 34-46 days left! I am glad I will never be pregnant again... how horrible is that to say?!

Do you have a gut instinct or a feeling as to when the baby will really come?: Dec 26. If she is anything like her brother she will want her due date so she will be forced out on the 26th.

Since many of us have reached the "miserable" stage, what if anything helps improve your mood? Sweets? A bath? Naps? A walk? etc.: playing solitaire, sleeping, a delicious cup of coffee

Who do you plan to have in the delivery room with you?: Dh and the hospital staff

Is out-of-town family visiting after the baby comes? If so who, and where are they staying?: I don't really have any out of town family, so no. Although my mom and MIL may take turns staying at my house when we get home for a night or two.

Something bad?: I feel like I have a long time left and time is dragging, but at the same time I'm not ready for her to be here yet.

Something good?: I've only gained 1 lb the last two weeks...which is remarkable for me right now! And I have a baby shower this Saturday!!![/COLOR]

How are you feeling: not bad! Uncomfortable at times, but but much better now that I'm off work.

When is your next appt. and what is it for?: two weeks from now, just a checkup. Then I go weekly!!

Do you have a gut instinct or a feeling as to when the baby will really come?: I actually feel like she will be very close to her due date!!

Since many of us have reached the "miserable" stage, what if anything helps improve your mood? Sweets? A bath? Naps? A walk? etc.: all those things!! Haha. Often sweet drinks will help a lot (root beer slushies!), a nap sometimes helps but not always...a bath is good if I'm in a bad mood late at night, and a walk or yoga will relax me if I'm tense and uncomfortable.

Who do you plan to have in the delivery room with you?: DH and the midwife! Nobody else.

Is out-of-town family visiting after the baby comes? If so who, and where are they staying?: NO thank goodness. I want to be left alone with our family of three for a little while. We will see everyone at Christmas anyway.

Something bad?: I overdid the housework today after getting a random burst of energy. Braxton Hicks and heartburn have set in now!!

Something good?: oh this first week off work is glorius. I eat and sleep whenever I want. Smile

How are you feeling: Lousy. Big. Uncomfortable. Can't breathe, can't sleep, can't walk, can't sit, can't keep up with my 3yo who is driving me crazy these days. It sounds ridiculous, but I honestly am more uncomfortable now than I was at 38 and 39 weeks with my previous two kids.

When is your next appt. and what is it for?: Oct 26, routine prenatal visit

Do you have a gut instinct or a feeling as to when the baby will really come?: November 27. I have had this date stuck in my head since before we actually conceived this baby. I didn't even know what my EDD would be and yet this date was lingering there in my mind. It would be a tad on the early side, but still full term.

Since many of us have reached the "miserable" stage, what if anything helps improve your mood? Sweets? A bath? Naps? A walk? etc.: Pumpkin spice lattes from Starbucks. Time alone to lay on the couch or sleep with no children around me.

Who do you plan to have in the delivery room with you?: We're having a homebirth, so in our bedroom it'll be our midwife and her backup, plus DH, myself, my mom and possibly our two kids. We will leave it up to them if they want to watch the birth or not. DD says she wants to see and DS doesn't really "get" it yet.

Is out-of-town family visiting after the baby comes? If so who, and where are they staying?: We also have no out of town family - everyone is close by so no one is staying at our house.

Something bad?: Had a rough day with DS. He is just wearing me out. He wants to be so independent, yet he still puts himself in dangerous situations so I still have to hold his hand, keep him away, etc. And he is MAD about it. And I physically can't do much about it other than stand there and wait for the tantrum to stop.

Something good?: Halloween is soon! And then my birthday, and soon after the baby will be born. I can't beleive we're this close to having our babies. This is my favourite time of year, I'm loving the weather and the holiday preparations, and having a baby soon is just icing on the cake. Biggrin And man, I just cannot wait to snuggle a newborn again. :cloud9:

How are you feeling: Really exhausted. Very pregnant.

When is your next appt. and what is it for?: today, another u/s to check on baby growth.

Do you have a gut instinct or a feeling as to when the baby will really come?: Dh and I have always said Nov 30th or Dec 1

Since many of us have reached the "miserable" stage, what if anything helps improve your mood? Sweets? A bath? Naps? A walk? etc.: Lotion. I find that a hot shower and some lotion afterwards helps. Warm tea also is very good at the moment.

Who do you plan to have in the delivery room with you?: Just dh.

Is out-of-town family visiting after the baby comes? If so who, and where are they staying?: lol My sister and her two kids are coming for Christmas. Then I found out my step monster (dad) has decided to surprise me and come for Christmas as well. This man drives me insane and is an ex- hippie liberal left wing democrat. Which is fine- we're from calif. BUT, dh step dad is my step dad's exact anti double. He's a vet, republican, right wing Christian. Should be good times. I swear if my step dad starts a fight I'm going to turn the hose on them and blame PPD... Biggrin

Something bad?: Dealing with allergies, no sleep and a sinus headache.

Something good?: The nursery is almost done Smile

How are you feeling: Pretty crappy today... now along with my back my right hip is killing me!

When is your next appt. and what is it for?: Tuesday, just a regular check-up!

Do you have a gut instinct or a feeling as to when the baby will really come?: Probably in the 39th week like all of my other babies!

Since many of us have reached the "miserable" stage, what if anything helps improve your mood? Sweets? A bath? Naps? A walk? etc.: Have we met? Sex helps improve my mood quite a bit lol! Sweets help, too!

Who do you plan to have in the delivery room with you?: Just DH, and I suppose the nurses and doctor, if I have to let them in too...

Is out-of-town family visiting after the baby comes? If so who, and where are they staying?: Nope! But I'm pretty sure we'll be heading up to Idaho for the week before Christmas to spend some time with DH's family.

Something bad?: Ugghh it's my Monday... and I'm hurting...

Something good?: Hopefully I'll be going to buy Trystan's bassinet today! I found a super cute Eddie Bauer wood bassinet on craigslist that retails for around $165 and they're only asking $45 for it!

How are you feeling:depends on the time of day. I have a hard time functioning before noon because my blood pressure is so low. I mostly lay on the couch and watch DS play. The rest of the day I am fine except for contractions. I'm still getting 15-20 a day. They definitely keep me awake at night!

When is your next appt. and what is it for?:tomorrow, 32 week check up. I sorta want to get my cervix checked. I've been having strong contractions for WEEKS now. I'd like some reassurance that they are only BH's and not changing my cervix

Do you have a gut instinct or a feeling as to when the baby will really come?: I think he will come before my due date just because of the contractions. But DS1 was a week late so I won't be shocked if this one is late too.

Since many of us have reached the "miserable" stage, what if anything helps improve your mood? Sweets? A bath? Naps? A walk? etclaying down!!! sleeping!!!

Who do you plan to have in the delivery room with you?:just DH with the midwife popping in and out as needed

Is out-of-town family visiting after the baby comes? If so who, and where are they staying?: if anyone comes they are more than welcome to stay.... IN A HOTEL!!!!!!!!!

Something bad?:i can never think of something to put here... but that's a GOOD thing!!!

Something good?:DH has been sooo much more helpful and understanding lately!

How are you feeling: Meh. Back hurts, belly is stretched beyond its limits, skin hurts, not sleeping well at night.

When is your next appt. and what is it for?: Tomorrow...ultrasound/check-up/non stress test.

Do you have a gut instinct or a feeling as to when the baby will really come?: Not really, I am just hoping she's a little early.

Since many of us have reached the "miserable" stage, what if anything helps improve your mood? Sweets? A bath? Naps? A walk? etc.: When I am feeling really bad, nothing seems to help except lying down. I still have good days though...today just wasn't one of them.

Who do you plan to have in the delivery room with you?: DH and Mom.

Is out-of-town family visiting after the baby comes? If so who, and where are they staying?: Good grief...MIL is flying up from Florida and Brothers-in-Law are visiting from Philly for the week between Christmas and New Year's. That's why I am hoping the baby comes a little early. I would love to have a few weeks at home with the baby before all the relatives start showing up.

Something bad?: I have zero motivation to do anything right now.

Something good?: I get to see the baby tomorrow and then leave for a week's vacation right after that. Smile
