I was a cashier at Luby's cafeteria in hs. They closed maybe three or four weeks after I was hired--- but the mgr hired me on so I could at least put something down in my work history, and give me an easier time of finding my next job. Smile

Babysitting first but my first real job was at Roses. A store similar to Kmart or Walmart.

babysitting, but my first actual employment was the summer after my first year of college, when I was 19. My dad got me a summer internship at his office (the corporate office of a hospital admin. company) under the Development and Retention supervisor.

I was a cashier at a family owned restaurant. Well I guess it was more like an ice cream shop type thing. We had food but we did most of the business off ice cream. I was 16 and worked there until I graduated high school and went to college.
