QOTD: Friday

Did everyone enjoy their holiday? Anyone hop online or participate in all the Black Friday madness?

I had a wonderful time with my family, ate way too much, fell asleep on the couch, a typical Thanksgiving. Smile

I don't even try to venture out for any Black Friday shopping. No thanks!!

We made a turkey and some sides just for us( didn't plan on having a big to do with family being hugely preggo or with a newborn). Ate way too much! Made me have lots of contrax but no baby yet.

Shopped online last night. May venture out for groceries today and maybe attempt target when Eli's napping.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Ate around 12:30 and then again at 3 and then again at 6 since I can't fit so much in my stomach now. I took the day off from my gestational diabetes- the mashed potatoes were soooooo good! Today I am back to my regular GD diet Sad

No black Friday for me. I am done with all my Christmas shopping.

I had to work so Thanksgiving wasn't very exciting for me this year. I got off at 3 and was at my DH's grandmas around 4. By then everyone had eaten and was watching football. Brynna sat down beside me while I ate my dinner. She's such a thoughtful little girl.

DH and I did venture to Wal-Mart at 10pm and we got a few things. I thought about checking online today for some more stuff for Billy so we can get him finished up. I'd like to be done in the next week or two.

I NEVER expected to make it to Thanksgiving dinner this year! I have an insane appetite and filled up on crazy-good turkey and tamales and veggies. Mostly everyone just stared at me and commented on my hugeness. It seems no one has ever seen a belly like mine! I'm sure I'll get more stares at my doctors appointments today. Everyone clears a path, guesses that it's a boy, and then asks if I'm overdue (while making sure I have someone else in the elevator with me and they won't be stuck delivering a stranger's baby).

It was great! My mom and dh prepped the food we bought at the store, we ate a ton, had seconds and thirds and laid around all day. It was exactly how I wanted it. Dh said it was boring and it didn't feel like t-day, lol. I need to be bored!

Thanksgiving was great just me and dh. I felt crampy and sore all day. I'm hoping that the pressure low down means connor is no longer breech. I'll ask on tuesday.

I shopped online at Kolh's and was able to snag 2 down comforters for 26 bucks each Smile I am very happy about that purchase Smile

No thanksgiving already had our in October lol but I did do some on-line shopping on babies r us this morning, got a few things half price. It seems that a stores around here are starting to do the black friday sales- but I prefer not to be stuck in the stores with all the crazy shoppers.

My friends went out and text me that it was crazy out there, people shoving and pushing and having words with each other lol Plus I am pretty much done xmas shopping, just have some baby stuff left to get but I think I will be doing that the middle of the week when its not so busy!
