I'm either getting him a gift card to the comic book shop or some new cologne... maybe both if he's a good boy lol!

My hubby and I usually don't exchange gifts. I would much rather have his time than "stuff" so I try to plan an evening out for just the two of us. I arrange all the babysitting and such so he doesn't have to worry about anything. It gives us quality time together and lets us just sit down and have adult conversation without having to worry about the kids. Not sure how that's going to work this year since we will have Ryan.

A Bosch multi-tool thingy, a paintball outing for him & his boy off groupon, a tire inflator thingy & books.

I think they are more exciting for him to receive than for me to buy. lol

Ha - my DH had one and he let me try it out. I broke it within 30 seconds so I'm never allowed to touch it again.

We got a shared gift of a new DSLR camera and then he got the entire collection of Harry Potter and The Community Season 1 & 2.

We got a for us gift of a new TV (also off Cyber Monday on Amazon it was a good deal lol) but DH decided yesterday he thinks we should have a little something under the tree too and with a smaller limit (since we already have the TV) buy something fun for each other. AARRGGHHH Now I think it's sweet but I now need to FIND him something. OY

Nope not the only one lol We don't buy for each other ether- the kids pick up a little something. But we spoil the kids, so most of the presents under our tree is for them.

We did have to buy a new inverter microwave Tuesday cause ours died - generally if we need something for house/us we buy it- so not a big deal to not get a gift from each other. We went together and picked out a family ring though this year for me Smile And of course this baby girl will be here on the 22nd so that will be a wonderful gift for us too!

Our vehicles were both trashed out with spilled Cheerios, graham cracker crumbs, DS1's toys, and other miscellaneous junk. So I cleaned out both vehicles and brought them in for detailing, so he has a nice "adult" car to drive, and not something that looks like a family car after the end of a long road trip!

Also getting DH some new screwdrivers and some other practical things, but the detailing was a splurge he'd never get for himself. Wink
