What are your plans for this week?
Well, thankfully after working six days in a row it's finally my Friday! I have a doctor's appt tomorrow morning, where she'll check to see if I'm dialated at all, and I'll find out if Trystan is still measuring two weeks ahead. I've been looking forward to this appt for two weeks now! Also from here on out I go every week for an appt until he arrives!! I can't believe I finally made it this far! My boss is officially out of town as of tomorrow, so I've been instructed he has to stay in at least until she's back on the 16th lol! I'm not too worried about it though... I've already had discussions with Trystan that mommy has her midnight showing ticket to Breaking Dawn for Thursday the 17th... so he needs to bake until after the movie, then he's free to come whenever he feels like it LMAO!! Other than that I have no real plans for the week... maybe I'll try and clean my gross house!
As of this Wednesday they're not stopping labor! So my plan is to aim to make it to my appointment on Friday and then aim to make it to another appointment after that ...
appts everywhere for me this week. Today I had to take my 4 year old to the dr.. tomorrow is Wic, Thursday is my 35 week appt with cervix check and GB test. Other than that, nothing big here.
Tomorrow we have our mommy/me class. Wednesday nothing. Thursday our son turns 3 and we have his 3 year well child visit. That's all for the week!
I have a dr appt and u/s on Wednesday. Pack hospital bag. Wash baby clothes. Clean carpet in nursery. I thought about painting the nursery but now I don't know. It won't happen this week anyway. After this weekend baby is welcome to join us!
Nothing planned for tomorrow, Wednesday my son has preschool, then Thurs. I have a dr. appt - down to weekly appts now! Yikes. Thursday night my friend is coming over to help me put away stuff and organize the nursery.
I had an NST yesterday and took a breastfeeding class last night. I am thinking about taking a sick day today just to rest because I haven't been sleeping well at all and I am just completely exhausted. Tomorrow I have another appointment with a midwife. Other than that, I need to go through my shower gifts and write up thank you cards, organize things in the nursery, and get caught up on some things at work (if I ever make it in there). I have off on Friday for Veteran's Day and I'm thinking about doing some baby shopping, now that I know what I have to work with and what I still need.
Working all week, dinner plans tonight with a friend, Thursday I have a work shower, Friday is DS' bday so I will throw together a small daycare party for him at snack time and then Dh and I are taking him to Chuck E Cheese that night, just the three of us. Saturday is his party.
I had a PT appt yesterday and I have a MW appt in a few. Just working this week and probably taking Friday off again and hopefully going to a movie and lunch with DH.
Working this week. Friday we are going to take Nicholas to a college basketball game. Saturday is a bowling birthday party and getting DH some new shoes. Sunday is family Christmas pictures, football, and I told DH I want to nest in the nursery some We'll probably wrap some more Christmas gifts this week too.
Wow ladies! Wait...are we all about-to-pop-pregnant because it seems that we are all just way too busy to be. The modern-day women, eh? I don't really know whether to embrace feminism or punch it in the face for giving me so much to do. lol. j/k.... =/
Yesterday was a great day! I had my parent-teacher conference for my dd in kindergarten. It's confirmed, Phoenix kicks serious ***! Ed dragged me to Hollywood last night when all I wanted to do is sleep. We debated going for about 20 mins in the shower & I am SO HAPPY we went. Didn't get home until 1, but it was an amazing show. I danced & screamed & jumped up & down!!
Wednesday we do our hospital tour. More for Ed b/c I've already delivered there 2x, but they have done construction & it's been 4 years about. A refresher is in order.
This w/end is Eds & my sort-of year anniversary. It's the anniversary that WE know about... We weren't actually "allowed" to be together until January...the same day as our LO's edd.
Lucky - I can't believe you can actually do something OTHER than football on Sundays. Our TV gets turned on for the pre-game show as soon as DH wakes up and when Deacon and I go to bed at night its still on football. Sunday is like a football marathon in our house. I usually have to leave at some point just to escape the noise!

This sounds like heaven to me. lol. I'm usually chasing around 2 little girls & being a normal woman (ya know how we have that thing where there is always something to do so we never really sit down & relax) so the tv is on, but I'm just looking at the screen & catching scores when I can.
I have a breastfeeding class tomorrow and my weekly doc appointment Friday for another NST. I am also trying to finish up the baby's room and I need to do some cleaning while I can before the family gets here next month.
Oh and I need some SLEEP!
