How are you doing on your weight loss routine, if you have one?
The whole counting carbs thing is just too much of a pain for me if it's over 20 (I feel more motivated somehow when I can only have 20 lol), so I'm just sticking to 2000 calories a day, and making sure that all of them are healthy calories! So with that and BF, it's more like I'm only having 1500 calories a day, which should speed up the weight loss!
I was 3lbs from my prepreg weight within 10 days. Then the wonderful holidays hit and then stayed at my moms for 10 days. I haven't been on a scale recently, but I bet im 7-10 lbs over. Maybe I will check tomorrow.
I've been trying to watch my calories, but haven't done any formal counting. We just moved 2000 miles this week and are settling into our house. In hoping to get back on track. It was -26 here last week... The cold should get my metabism going!
No terrible. I have 15-20 lbs left to drop and I'm losing like 2 lbs a week (I did have a crappy.5 lb week though). I've been pretty good about eating healthy and I've been getting exercise in which is important to me b/c I want to get back in shape too. Today I took a lovely 3 mile walk outside, it was chilly but not freezing and I enjoyed being outside with out any kids!
Just doing the diet for now. Trying to figure out how I'll work in a workout. It may be a little while I still havent figured out a regular homemaker routine. It's frustrating. Plus all last week everyone got throw up bug so my main job besides baby duty was LAUNDRY! Yikes. So many towels and four bed linen sets including comforters.
I'm down about 5 lbs from the diet I started 10 days ago. I can't wait to see what happens with exercise!
When I went for my 6 week pp check-up I had 4 lbs left to lose. I'm not trying to lose anything now. I figure when I'm done nursing then I will. So, until then, I'll just continue to indulge and pretend like I'm eating for 2 still.
