Kiddo(s) age: 15 months

Estimated or known weight and height: at checkup this month was 25 lbs 3 oz and about 29.9 inches (I think that is roughly 11kg and 76cm for those that use metric)

Recent accomplishments/milestones: We *think* DS may be saying his first obvious word "Daddy"; starting to feed himself with a spoon

Favorite activities: Singing and dancing along to short tunes; picking up and carrying stuff around the house; loves to be outside, walking around in our yard or riding/pushing his wagon

Favorite foods: lasagna, applesauce, pancakes with nut or seed butter

Anything else you want to share? I've noticed as he gets taller he is realizing he can reach higher and the edges of our tables and counters, also he is reaching for doorknobs and trying to turn them...eek :o

Kiddo(s) age: Miles (4 years), Vivian (16 months)

Estimated or known weight and height: Vivi was 20lbs 5oz at her 15 month check-up a few weeks ago. She's a peanut.

Recent accomplishments/milestones: She is signing like crazy! All thanks to Baby Signing Time dvds because she's obsessed w/them and asks to watch them multiple times a day! She signs "baby" when she wants to watch it - lol! It's cute to see her signing and we love that we can know some of what she wants!

Favorite activities: I-m so happy watching Baby Signing Time! Reading books, going outside (it's still pretty chilly here, but hopefully soon we can get outside a lot!), swinging in her swing on the swingset.

Favorite foods: white rice with butter, frozen peas, scrambled eggs, yogurt raisins

Anything else you want to share? We are going to start TTC #3. Yikes!

Kiddo(s) age: Evelyn, 15 months

Estimated or known weight and height: E is tiny like Vivi...she weighed 19 pounds at her last appointment.

Recent accomplishments/milestones: She is talking up a storm and she amazes me every day with new words. She's climbing up on chairs by herself, she identifies pictures in books, eats with a spoon/fork.

Favorite activities: She loves books and lately she's been playing with her Duplo blocks a lot. She loves to be outside and collect rocks. She's also become a Sesame Street addict, but we limit her to one show a day.

Favorite foods: This kid is next thing to a fruitarian. She loves fruit! She also loves eggs, bananas, avocados, sweet potatoes, cottage cheese and yogurt.

Anything else you want to share? How about a cute pic?

How exciting!! I'm ready to start TTC again, but we're waiting until DH finishes school and gets a job (hopefully this summer).

That's cool that she is picking up signing so well. I love their dvds and cds except I get the songs stuck in my head frequently and find myself singing them at random times ("Put your fingertips together for more more milk...") Pretty sure DH thinks I'm losing my mind Blum 3

I think we've reached the point where we no longer have reasons to not start trying...which is freaking me out a little. I'm excited to start the journey but a little worried that I will get frustrated and disappointed if we can't get pregnant on our own again. DS is really fun and I don't want TTC to overshadow us enjoying him.

Kiddo(s) age: 15 Months

Estimated or known weight and height: 20 lbs, 30.5 inches

Recent accomplishments/milestones: Do teeth count? Got 3 molars and two canines this month. Also STTN for the second time.

Favorite activities: Loves baby signing time video, playing in the kitchen cabinets, and chasing the dog.

Favorite foods: Avocado, otherwise who knows, changes daily

Anything else you want to share? We are also discussing TTC our next kiddo. Soon, but not this month. Maybe next? Depends on if the government figures out a budget so we know DH will still have an income.

Kiddo(s) age: almost 16 months

Estimated or known weight and height: 78 cm tall and weight?? Maybe 22 lbs? He was 19 lbs 7 oz at his checkup at 13 months.

Recent accomplishments/milestones: Feeding himself with a fork, talking up a storm - his words are dog, bird, bye bye, hi, mama, dada. He can understand so much! He can point out his nose, ears, mouth, eyes and his favorite, the belly button. He has also started going to sleep without a meltdown or help on our part, and only wakes up once now most nights. He can spin in a circle, climbs everything, loves to sing, etc... turning into a little person right before our eyes.

Favorite activities: dancing! He LOVES to dance with mama or daddy. Also, climbing things, eating rocks, watering my flowers, and looking for birds

Favorite foods: dark rye bread, greek yoghurt, pear

Anything else you want to share? This age is so much fun!! DS will now play on his own for a while here and there making it easier on me. He is really starting to show his sense of humor and is such a cheeky little monkey.

We are ready to start TTC soon again too, and just in time AF has returned this month. We are planning to start TTC in July. I am terrified because my last pregnancy was so hard on me physically. I have no idea how I would chase around a toddler in that state.

I'm excited so many here will start TTC soon - maybe we can all stick around on this birth board LOL.

Kiddo(s) age: We just hit 16 months.

Estimated or known weight and height: The big guy is 21.5 lbs and 30 in. Tiny girl is 17 lbs and 27.5 in.

Recent accomplishments/milestones: My son is picking up a few words and getting more confident in going down steps on his feet and without sliding down on his belly. My daughter started babbling recently and continues to be crazy physical and adventurous, trying a million variations on our backyard slide and even doing a twisty slide on her own at the park.

Favorite activities: They both love pushing around the little plastic tricycle things in the yard.

Favorite foods: Favorites change all the time (today they were obsessed with French toast and strawberries) but they're now both excellent eaters with big appetites for broccoli and peas.

Cute picture, Carrie! We had the same little outfit - outgrew the top real quick but we use the grey leggings all the time.

Evelyn is starting to outgrow the top too!! It's getting hard to get her arms in and out of it. Sad

I get a little sentimental when DS grows out of some clothing Sad I was putting stuff away and came across some NB size stuff. Hard to believe he was so tiny when he was born and there was a time when even NB clothes were too big on him. Now he is such a big guy. I think he takes after my dad Smile
