What is your plan for losing the weight? Specific diet, exercise routine/videos, etc.

Primal diet and running C25K. Hoping to reach my goal by summer either early or by the end.

When did you begin? If you haven't, when will you?
January 18th right after my 6week pp visit.

How are you tracking your success (lbs.,inches,clothing sizes)?
Lbs then clothing sizes.

What's your progress?
So far I've lost all preg weight plus 5 lbs. I've only changed my diet. I do plan to squeeze in the exercise part this week.

What's your final goal? Any mini goals?
To lose 35 lbs.

No yet. I better take one soon though.

When did you begin? If you haven't, when will you? Not really - once I am cleared to exercise (probably today) and one my Zumba instructor gets back in town I plan to start.

How are you tracking your success (lbs.,inches,clothing sizes)? all of the above. I want to get back to my pre-pg weight and I want my old clothes to fit again...because they are actually new clothes that I had just bought before I got pg.

What's your progress? I've lost 27 lbs just by having Kara and nursing and I have about 25 left to go.

What's your final goal? Any mini goals? Final goal is pp weight and wearing my old clothes. My mini goal is about 10 lbs before I go back to work. 15 would be awesome

I suppose I could stop eating all the chocolate I can find. I've been making up for time lost when dieting for GD and it's definitely not helping take off the pregnancy pounds!!! I would also like to start running again. I was in the best shape of my life before I got pregnant last year, and it seems like sooo long ago.

When did you begin? If you haven't, when will you? My 6 week appt is tomorrow, so hopefully I will get the okay then.

What's your progress? I don't have a scale but I've lost enough that maternity clothes look ridiculous but my pre-pg jeans are nowhere near fitting.

Anyone brave enough for a before pic? Don't have one. But probably wouldn't be brave enough for one even if I did. Lol

I wish I could figure out how I'd have the time to eat less processed junk or get exercise.

I'd love to be able to wear any size regular-people jeans. Later I'll worry about sizes.

Awful. I am generally a 10/12 in jeans. I just bought size 16 at Old Navy (so really a generous size 18) and they're like clown pants on my legs and butt, but still don't wrap around my belly.

Regular people clothing, getting out for exercise.

When did you begin? If you haven't, when will you? I started and stopped...lost 6 lbs the week I tracked though

What is your plan for losing the weight? Specific diet, exercise routine/videos, etc. Good old fashioned diet and exercise, but I haven't gotten serious about it till the past week. I've been doing alot of stress eating at night due to Nick's colic. Sorta weird, I'm not generally a stress eater! He is getting alot better now, and so is my eating at night now that I'm not up walking with him for hours.

How are you tracking your success (lbs.,inches,clothing sizes)? pounds and clothing. I have a pair of jeans, shown in the pics, that are pre-pre preg jeans, as in BEFORE both kids and marriage lol. They are a generous size 4 from American Eagle. With Luke I went from 135 to 172lbs. With Nick I went from 140.5 to 162. This morning I was 150.5.

What's your progress? up and down. I went from 162 (delivery weight) to 142 in about 10 days. Stress and the holidays got me up to 150. Right now I'm 150.5

What's your final goal? Any mini goals? My final goal is between 130-135

Anyone brave enough for a before pic? sure why not! Might be helpful to me. I took the time to resize all of them... so I really hope they arent huge!!!

Juat healthy, home cooked meals...no more take out or frozen stuff. I used to do WW and had a lot of success, I might do a little of that again too, or at least keep some of the points in mind. I don't want to diet while bf-ing and my eating habits aren't so great right now so I would probably get frustrated. As for exercise, lots of walks and hikes with the stroller, maybe get into couch to 5K again but on a modified schedule since I would have the stroller lol!

When did you begin? If you haven't, when will you? I am not cleared for exercise yet and in fact I overdid some housework on Sunday resulting in lots of pain and PP bleeding restarting. Pretty frustrating for 8 weeks out Sad so....I hope to start soon. I have a 10 week PP visit scheduled with my midwife, we will see what she says then.

What's your progress? Well, I am back in pre-preg size jeans, which is a 10 at the Gap. I bought two new pairs but they don't fit the same though and are tighter around my waist. Definite big muffin top going on in any jeans at the moment. I can wear pre-preg sweaters but they are uncomfortably tight, and pre-preg shirts I'm not even going to try.

What's your final goal? Any mini goals? I was 156 before pregnancy but I was on a weight loss plan. I think I gained around 35-40 pounds in pregnancy. I will weigh myself when I am cleared for exercise. My goal is 130!!

What is your plan for losing the weight? Specific diet, exercise routine/videos, etc. I am doing Biggest loser, Jillian Michaels and Tae Bo workout videos. No diet plans really- just eat healthy and watch the amount I eat but to eat enough as I am BF.

When did you begin? If you haven't, when will you? I started on January 25th. I started light as had not gone back to the Dr yet for the 6 w check. I overdid it one day and was pretty sore. Now I am into a bit more active work outs, but i have learned to go easy if I get sore.

How are you tracking your success (lbs.,inches,clothing sizes)? Weigh ins, I did measure almost every part of my body and plan to measure later on.

What's your progress? Feeling a bit discouraged- This extra weight is bugging me. But I just have to rememeber that i had a baby 7 weeks ago! With my son I had lost it all and a bit more by 8 weeks. I was 125lbs pre-pregnancy. I was 175.78 lbs at the end of my pregnancy. 2 weeks ago I was 155 lbs. so lost 20.78 lbs after I had Sophia. I weighed myself this morning- 152.4 so lost 2.6 lbs so far.

What's your final goal? Any mini goals? FInal goal- 120-125lbs. My pre- pregnancy weight. Mini goals- get into my jeans. I still have to wear some of my maternity jeans. I gained mostly on my lower body so can't get them up past my butt/thighs/hips Sad I think I may just go buy a new pair of jeans so that I don't have to wear the maternity ones!

Anyone brave enough for a before pic? I took one, not sure if I will post it - not too confident with my extra weight.

What is your plan for losing the weight? Specific diet, exercise routine/videos, etc? I finally talked to one of my best friends last night (he lives in Seattle) who also happens to be a trainer, and asked him what was the best thing for a breastfeeding mom to do as far as losing weight. He told me to get the book "The Female Body Breakthrough" and to follow that. My intake of calories should be between 1800-2000 in order to lose weight.

When did you begin? If you haven't, when will you? Starting tomorrow, after I can grocery shop!

How are you tracking your success (lbs.,inches,clothing sizes)? Will track by daily morning weigh ins!

What's your progress? Nothing yet...

What's your final goal? Any mini goals? Probably a size 10-12. I can't explain it, but any smaller than that, even if I'm not at the "appropriate weight for my hight and body type" I look too thin. Plus, I like having a little meat (and so does DH!)!
