    Default Bella Band Time

Hey Everyone! First let me say I haven't been on here in a couple weeks... Maybe even 3 weeks? I have been soooo busy at work and so tired by the end of the day that I never got to check in with you ladies. I need and missed my PO time! I finished my big project at work though so my life can return to normal.

So is anyone else wearing their bella band or version of a bella band yet? Or are you "rubber banding" your button to give yourself a couple inches? I thought I was going to have to wear mine this morning, but it seemed to reveal my bump too much so I squeezed into my pants. Better to look like I've gained weight in the belly than to look pregnant until I tell my work my big news. The bella band allowed my full bump to show. Most people probably wouldn't have noticed, but I am paranoid for people to know until I am out of the 1st trimester. Anyway, I don't know how much longer I will be able to fit into my regular pants... Is anyone is full maternity wear yet?

I tried on a pair of maternity jeans and they were so darn comfortable. It's making it tough for me to want to put my tighter regular jeans on! I might need a Bella band. Uterus is already 16 weeks right now so my tummy is definitely sticking out!!

I'm in my maternity jeans now! They are so comfortable. I have a bella band, but for some reason it wasn't holding my jean's up very well, so I just switched over. I usually use the bella band more towards the end, because my shirts tend to get really short.

I've been wearing maternity shorts and using the bella band to keep them up.

No, no band. I am wearing pants that I had that were too big and some maternity stuff now this week.
Boy do some maternity tops really make me look pregnant. I had a comment last Friday telling me Congrats and askig if I knew what I was having. I said no, not that far along yet and she said "really!" kind of sarcasticaly and looked at my belly like in disbelief. Whatever lady, number 3 and c-sections and I had a bigger belly to begin with so shove it. LOL.

Thanks to the insane bloat, I've been using a hair tie or rubber band on jeans or anything that isn't stretchy for a week or two now. It amazes me how much more quickly my uterus has changed this time around.

Robin - I'd be a little ticked at that comment to! People can be so rude to pregnant women/new mom's it's incredible. She should have left it at the congratulations and said nothing more!

Mia, I agree. Husband said well, at least you are pregnant, it would have been much worse if you were not. Yeah it would have been. Insane bloat here too.

I've got the bloat too since I can fit into clothes that were a little big for me in the mornings, but by the evenings they are uncomfortable and my belly is poking out. Ugh. Doesn't help that I haven't been eating that great either. How can I help it if only carbs sound good?? LOL

I think I'm a little behind you guys so no Bella Band yet. I really wanna give it a try though. Third pregnancy and I'm just now discovering it. Silly me! You guys that have one, or used one before, what size did you go for? Do you need them to be really tight to keep your pants up properly?

I am still squeezing into my jeans for now...but occasionally I use a rubber band--clothes feel okay in the morning, but by afternoon, I am ready to put my pajamas back on!

Marie, the bella band that I used last time, I just bought in whatever size I was in before I got preggo and it worked just fine...but it's been a while since I bought a new one.
