I'm so excited b/c I got my newborn stash of cloth diapers in the mail! I've never cloth diapered a NB so this will be a new experience. My DS2 started wearing cloth at 4 mths. Anyone else giving it a go with your new baby? What will you be using?

I would probably do this if I were staying at home again. I stayed home with DS for the first 13 months of his life, but didn't CD. My good friend did and she was always trying to convert me, but I never really felt like I could do it. I guess I was just scared being a new mom and all. But now I know I could do it, but I don't know how I would swing it with work and the baby. I have to go back to work 12 weeks after I have this little one so I'm not sure how it would work. I don't think the CD babies in daycare.![]()
Mandy, OMG I love the cute covers! It makes it *that* much more addicting. Lol I ended up with a variety of 9 different covers since I don't know what will work best for baby. Do you ever look online?
Claire, I have a few friends who cloth diaper and work FT. That being said, I still am not sure if I could do it while working. Maybe if I used the Flip diapers. They are reeeeally convienient.

We CD'd with DD from a few weeks old on. We're using sposies right now because I have to boil our microfiber inserts that are all stinky and full of soap. I didn't use too much but our new washer just sucks for CDs as it fills with water differently (supposed to be more efficient but it definatly isn't).
When DD was little, we used Tiny G's from Gdiapers and then small G's and bum genius. I want to get more prefolds/covers and maybe some little joey's for when the baby is smaller though I know they'll grow out of them quickly so I'm on the fence. We have some comfy rumps, thirsties covers & prefolds, and kawai diapers. I'd like to get some sun babies too as I've heard good things about them for the price.
