How many days old was your baby when their stump fell off?

Sarah was 10 days old when the dried up piece fell off. She still has an outie belly button though. We had her 6 week check this morning and her doctor didn't say anything about the outie but I forgot ask specifically if that was normal.

Carter was about a week and a half old

Both my boys had there's fall off at 6 days exactly.

DD's fell off at 15 days, DS's fell off at 11 days though he still has some crusty/dried blood in the bottom of his belly button where it folds. His pedi said it's fine and we can just wash it with water when we bathe him but it's not anything we have to pick at.

I'm still waiting on Philip's to come off and it is REALLY taking it's time; 14 days and counting.... I use alcohol on it every day and it still won't dry up.

DD1 was 7 days. DD2 was 12 days and it seemed like it wasn't quite ready to fall off... it kind of rubbed off when her clothes rubbed against it. It was still a little open and FREAKED ME OUT totally... but DR said that it was fine and would close on its own and it did.

Did it fall off? Still there?

FINALLY, today it was hanging on by a strand and I helped it out. So, 16 days later, it's gone.

wow. wonder if that's a record. I bet he's ready for a bath!!!
