Thread: Happy to report....

Today was my glucose test. Since it's at the DR office where my appointments are I decided to step on the scale. I'm happy to report that I've made up for lost time and gained 10lbs in 2.5 weeks. I knew that would happen!

Heh heh, well, it was bound to find you right? I don't like stepping on that thing ONE bit. I blamed my 6 lb weight gain on fair food. The nurse had a good chuckle at that. How did your test go?

It was a joy.... you know the drill... chug chug chug.... bleh... then blood draw. They don't do results instantly, so unless I hear back I will assume I passed.

Haha when it catches up with you it seems to come on fast! I had that happen once in DD's pregnancy (where I only gained 24 lbs somehow) and I was floored!

I hope you don't get a phone call about the GD test. I've heard the 3 hour is no fun.
