I bought my seabands at Walmart for about 8$, they helped for a week or so but then they didn't anymore. So I tried seabands and ginger gum (from rite aid) and that helped for a bit but the ginger gum is super expensive so I only bought 1 pack. I think I toughed through it for a few weeks before I finally convinced my doctor that I couldn't possibly continue to be non-functioning like this because of ms and they put me on Zofran. That helped tons for awhile but I still have days where even that won't help me get out of my funk. Motherhood Maternity sells preggie pops, I heard they help alot but I haven't tried them yet.
I'm glad the seabands worked for you and I hope they continue to do so!

I don't have much m/s with this pregnancy, but I have tried preggie pops with the others and I thought that they helped quite a bit! I also drank ginger ale and saltines in the mornings.Glad some of you are able to get some relief from the m/s, hope we can all sail through this first tri quickly!!
