Thread: Testing the gender

Ok, this is my last pregnancy and I am all about soaking up the fun this time! I wanna try some 'old wives tale' tests and see what the results are and stockpile the predictions on my space. I just *know* they're gonna be 'boy'. Anyone else? The first test I tried was the *true* Chinese calendar (where it adjusts your age) My prediction was BOY! Of course What was yours?

It came out as girl! But I did DD and she came out as boy did your boys come out as boys?

Oh my word...with DS#5 all the gender predictions said girl but he was ALL boy!

IDK if I'll do any or many but for kicks I did this one and it said boy.

Last time I decided to do them all (since I thought it may be our last)...The baking soda test, Cabbage test, placenta placement theory and the chinese gender. Yep...all wrong.

We always do an early gender us and DH has already told me this will be no exception. I was thinking maybe Team Green but he doesn't want to. It's probably best...it really does help me bond. Plus, if it's DS#6 I need to make sure EVERYONE understand NO negative comments. We got some real doozies last time around. The nerve, huh!?

According to this it says I'm having a boy, I checked to see what it said my 1st would be and it said boy - and I have 1 ds so it was right. I would really love a girl but I'm totally convinced this is a boy, if I end up having a girl I'll be pleasantly surprised. I honestly don't care what I have as long as she/he is healthy.

It says Girl. It also said that DD would be a girl. Who knows. I'm thinking it has at least a 50/50 chance of being correct!

*I'm still not convinced I'm pregnant yet as the tests are iffy in my mind but*

If I go by my lmp for the conception date or my implantation (when I had spotting with cm) both say Girl I have been convinced we'll have another girl for a while but I was so sure Emma was a boy . Maybe I think that because I want 3 and I know DH will want to go for a boy if we have a girl next.

For DD it said Boy If you look on YouTube there are tons of preggo mommies that have done old wives tale prediction tests. It's an easy place to get test ideas.

Mine says Girl. I did DS & DD just to see. It said DS would be a girl and DD would be a boy. So completely opposite. I feel like this is a boy only because this pregnancy has been very similar to my DS's. I am completely craving the exact same foods and my MS is the exact same way.

Mine says Girl. I would be okay with that.

Mandy, for my boys, it predicted (to the best of my knowledge, LOL) Drake a girl and Seth a boy. Heh heh. I just *know* this is going to be a house of testosterone though.
