Ugh! Vent alert!
Soooo, two nights in a row and heartburn has me up allll night. I just can't get comfy even after eating tums. :/ Last night I was up from 3:30 am on. I'm also having restless legs (in my calves) and toss and turn for hours before I even get to sleep. A good nights sleep....... what must THAT be like? Lol.
Anyone else have a late pregnancy gripe to share?
Same gripe as you. Sleep is non existent and then I'm a zombie during the day...
Feel so lucky that I've been able to take half days at work so that I get to sleep in a little because YES - haven't been sleeping well!
Ugh Marie and JPerry I'm sorry about the heartburn! That's definatly been plauging me but I've been fortunate enough to get away with TUMS.
My preggo gripe is my PTL like contractions and my H17 injections. The injections have got so bad it kills to sit against them. They've bothered me for a long time but I could deal with them and just kept saying "only ___ more weeks". My MW and OB seemed hesitant to let me switch to taking the progesterone in pill form as it's not the ideal way, but they agreed it wasn't worth the reactions I have been having so that's a good thing.
Have you tried taking Zantac? It is safe during pregnancy and works AMAZINGLY! Good luck!

Awwwww Marie i got a perscription for Nexium for heartburn early in my pregnancy because it felt like there was a little monster with a lighter in my damn esophagus !!! Its like heaven in a bottle !! Maybe you can try it!! My main gripe is the pain in my right hip and leg!! And the fact that sleep isss nonexistant
Yep, heartburn and insomnia here too. I get insomnia even when I don't have heartburn though, ugh. My lil soccer player kicks so hard at night that she can shake the bed! I was laying on my side the other night when she kicked or pushed off of the bed and my DH said, "What was that???" LOL Guess that's one more reason I can't sleep.
