    Default apt today

Well, it's been a rough day.....

So, i started to bleed yesterday at work, called my nurse was told to take a PIO shot (can't have too much progesterne) and put my feet up and try to relax. The only calming thing was that i had no cramping. I started to bleed a bit more later last night and had maybe some cramping - i wasn't sure if i was just gas pains, cramping or if i was just bloated too much...lol.

Anyways, came in today for my u/s and bldwrk, and my bean is doing just fine - great heartrate 145bmp and measuring 7wks4days - which is perfect. I saw it's little gummy bear arms and part of it's spine area..... i also saw the umbil. cord starting to attach...

The cause of the bleeding is from a bunch of little juicy blood vessels that bascially she called them are little "lakes of blood", they are all over and that was most likely the cause of my bleeding. So, she said i will most likely bleed throughout my entire pregnancy and will know when i over do it, cuz i will bleed. I can not have "romance" , no working out, and bascially just need to chill....and when i don't do those things, i will bleed. Okay then. So, next apt is next wednes for another ultrasound

Congrats on a good looking bean, Jules! Sorry to hear about the blood vessels tho I hope you can take it easy and not have a stressful pregnancy because of it.

Did they say it was a hematoma? I have had no bleeding but have a pocket of blood in my uterus and got put on pelvic bedrest. They told me not to be surprised if I bleed.

no it's not a hematoma..... it's just pockets of blood.... and advised i'd probably bleed on and off the whole pregnancy. I had a HUGE hematoma with my DD, she said this was better then getting that, so i guess i'll take it....i haven't had anymore bleeding
