How is it one little 17-18 min workout killed me to this degree????
I got on my Wii and used my EA active workout again. SO. TIRED. There are no words. And that was on the Low Intensity level. Can't imagine a higher intensity level!
Anyone else exercising?? What are you doing? How long is this safe? Whole pregnancy??
I have done some yoga and tried to do the biggest loser low intensity and it killed me... I need to start exercising.. at least walking.. but I have no energy for it. Kudos to you though for doing a workout. I have the EA active on the Wii. I should try it out.. Not tomorrow though because I work again.. and that's enough energy consumption for me
Pregnancy Yoga I heard is super great. I have done some.. but I'm a lazy butt. I want to buy a dvd though. I might go to the library and try one out before purchasing
Im walking on my lunches a few times a week and its not that far but its killing my calves by the time I get back to work. I have been walking a few times a week after work to and havent had that issue. I need to get my wii and get it hooked up and maybe use that to exercise some but Im sooo tired anymore idk if I could much.
I walk about a mile every morning with the dog and maybe half that in the evenings but it's a really chilled walk.
I wanted to start using my mini-elliptical trainer again this week but have been so busy haven't had time yet. Also found some videos on YouTube for Pregnancy Pilates that has a session for each week of pregnancy and I want to start doing that too.
It's a vicious cycle tho of needing to exercise to get more energy but being too tired to exercise!
Wow! Props to you guys who are exercising. I am way too exhausted to do any of that. I am a nanny and taking care of a 7month old plus I have my 2 yr old. By the end of the day I am physically and mentally exhausted. DH and I took on a job helping his parents. They manage a large apt complex and we clean the apts every month between tenants. It's exhausting but great money! I wish I had more energy to exercise and stay in shape, but I'm just so warn out.
i am doing water areorobics 2x a week, and walking for about 15 mins after lunch and i try to squeeze in another walk at least every other day in the later afternoon - cuz i have GD again, it helps control that as well. I also am going to start lifting weights.....i figure if i can't have a 6pack, i will have some awesome guns...lol. (hopefully)

Awww water aerobics. I LOVE WATER AEROBICS!! I really want to do it but when I finally had the motivation to go they weren't running at the time. they have started back up... but I don't know if I'll go. Especially since now I work at the pool again.
