You can get crystal light or something to help flavor it. I'm not a big water drinker either and have been struggling with what sounds good to drink. Some tart juices have been good. My dr said that as long as you are drinking enough it doesn't have to be water.
Yeah. As long as its not filled with sugars or coffee or teas with too much milk then most liquids count. I'm also not a water drinker but I found that I will drink hot water more willingly than cold. We have a huge urn at work that is constantly boiling the water and I drink that.
I pretty much just drink water at bed time. I drink some other drinks. I'm struggling with my water intake too. Try some different types of water because you might be able to taste the difference and see which one is easiest.
oh man, i am the total opposite, i can NOT get enough water.....i am downing so much -- i'm constantly thristy..... it's like my body knows when i've had enough to drink cuz i finally stop wanting to drink .... but until i get it all, i'm just thristy feeling..... i remember being like this with DD, i down a bunch before bed too otherwise i wake up so thristy
