Thread: Help...OPK

Hi ladies

It been a while since I've been here...however DH and I ttc again....naturally... I cant tell if I "O" on the 8th or 9th or not at all this is very very hard..... I know a doctor told me once before I Ovulate but not HARD and I know how it looks when I'm on Clomid and shots..but because we are doing it naturally..I cant tell.....what do you all think...

I would not call any of those as positive OPK. Did you keep testing after the 9th?

I agree that as OPKs, those don't look positive as the lines are lighter but if they were pregnancy tests I'd say of course. KUP

Yeah...I could barely see the line on the 10th and the 11th had no line.........I guess I was having false twinges early Sunday morning...... oh well..Thanks ladies

It could be you had a very short surge and didn't catch it. Also, using OPKs from different brands during one cycle can be bad as different brands pick up different amounts of LH. I'm thinking you surged between the last of the first brand and the first of the second brand but I can't see the times on it (I think the last of the longer one said 3 PM, but I can't read when the next one was taken).

This is what I'm thinking also. I was thinking the last of the first brand looked almost positive. Youay have gotten ready to O but then your body held off. I would keep up the BDing just to be safe. GL!!

I ran out of sticks because i had started three days prior which was just as light on day 6.......so I had went to the dollar store to buy a few more that was around 7pm on the 8th...I guess I should have stayed with the same brand(First Respond)...when I woke up around 4:15....I really has some twinges going on my right ovary ...so that's why I tested at 4:30 am on the 8th...we kept BD'ing for a couple of day after 9th ...I hope something will come out of it...I guess this is a waiting game....
