Need some input.. Updated in OP

ETA: AF showed up this evening. Whew! I want another baby but not right now! Smile

Okay here is the back story- I am not TTC. DS is almost a year old and I'm in a new job. I've had pp AF since January of this year and have been very regular (every 28 days). I track my cycle on My Days app. AF was due last Wednesday 10/3/12. I still haven't started yet. I took 2 tests. These tests were bought months apart (one was from earlier in the year and one was purchased last night). I have never gotten a test line this light before. The line has pretty much disappeared- all these pics were taken in the time limit. Is this normal? Should I count these as a BFN or invalids? TIA!

Test #1 (Last PM)

Test #2 (This AM- I get up to pee several times during the night so it wasn't "technically" a FMU)

Hmmmm, I do see a faint line in both of the tests, but if your period is almost a week late I would expect to see a pretty big line by now. Of course, it's also possible that you O'ed later than normal. Maybe try a different brand?

Getting up several times in one night sounds like a pregnancy thing....just sayin' Smile

Yes at almost a week late I would have expected a BLAZING BFP, especially since when I was pg with DS I tested on the first day of my missed period and it was most definitely positive. I am hoping that I ovulated late and that AF is just taking her time to show.

The peeing at night could be attributed to me retaining water because AF is coming...I hope. Smile

I will. I wonder if anyone lurking out there has gotten BFNs that look like these?

I do see what you are talking about. I see a hint of a line. I personally do not trust those equate tests. I've gotten some iffy results on those. You should pick up a frer for your next round of testing! Keep us posted! Hope you get the answer you want!

I also see the faint line you are asking about...IDK though about experience of that being a BFN. IME, really light lines have been early BFP's but I've never used that brand. Good luck when you retest. Hope you get the answer youre hoping for.
