This is my second postpartum cycle. Still breastfeeding on demand. Only had an 8 day LP last cycle. Ovulated on CD 20 last cycle. Seems like I'm ovulating on CD 19 this time (had a positive last night, too). Hopefully, my cycle is getting closer to normal! We dealt with infertility (diminished ovarian reserve) for almost three years before our son came along. We're hoping for a second miracle!
That could be positive. I **think** that if part of the line is as dark as the control it's considered positive.
But we have some ladies on here that are more versed than I in this department.
GL, I hope you catch that eggie!!!
Christina + Rory = a grand total of:
Amelia, Anthony, Andon, Noah, Mason, & Trinity-woof
All the best Beth!!
I probably should have included the whole progression for everyone's viewing pleasure, but I usually toss them. That was definitely the peak. I started getting positives the night before around 7 pm (cd1. We bd'ed cd 17 and cd 19. My DH has "super sperm." In the past I had "egg issues." I'm using "had" because I'm trying to stay positive and trust my acupuncturist who doesn't believe in "diminished ovarian reserve." That isn't a diagnosis in Chinese medicine. I DID get pregnant while going through treatment with her (and a lot of treatment from our RE). I attribute at least some of our luck to her positive attitude! The first time we met her she told us I was certainly young enough to get pregnant (I was 36 and we had been trying for a couple of years). When we left I rolled my eyes and laughed. What did she know? We had already had one acupuncturist give up on us and our RE told us that he thought our only hope at that point was probably donor eggs. Glad I didn't give up though!
Now I'm just hoping that my luteal phase will start to get longer!
Thank you Beth!! I am interested in your acupuncture... I will send you a PM.
