I have to say I'd trust the FRER over the $$ tests. I've actually had 4 false positives on the $$ tests. I should have taken some when I was pregnant just to see what happened, but I did do a different brand of cheaper tests...target brand I think, and they were way lighter than the FRER. I've decided FRER will always be my go to test. I doubt the FRER could be an evap because the line is pink not gray and unless there was an error with the dye or something which I've never seen with a FRER I'd bet it's the real thing. I'm keeping everything crossed for you girl!

Also I was super crampy when I was pregnant and was convinced AF was coming for weeks. So maybe that's a good sign.

The only thing that bothers me about the FRER is the fact that the line is not the same from top to bottom, it kind of fades in the middle and I can't really tell if it's complete or not. I wouldn't put much faith in that kind of line. Good luck with your retest.

Well ladies, thanks for all the positive vibes but 2nd FRER was a BFN I'm thinking the first test was simply a dud. Waiting for AF now

Sorry Hun.....that's got to be doubly disappointing after that first test. I've still got my fingers crossed that AF stays away!!

Temp dropped today with some light spotting I'd rather be starting a new cycle anyway, rather than waiting in limbo any longer than necessary
