Now that I think about it, when I nursed DD I really never felt 'let down' at all during the 7 months I nursed her. It wasn't until I nursed DS that I actually learned what it felt like! Maybe some people just don't feel it like others do.
I didn't feel let down until much later - around 8 or 12 weeks PP I started to feel it and then later I really felt it. If you're pumping that much and nursing at the breast I imagine you're supply is totally fine
My right breast produces more than my left. When I pump now I get about 3 ounces from right and 2 ounces from left. Normal????!
I'd guess that's normal. I drove myself crazy trying to 'even them out' not so much for production but size-wise  with no success over 14 months. I wasn't really measuring though, DD wouldn't take a bottle though I froze quite a bit, the bonus from that though she always got what she wanted & there was no worrying about how much (we just watched the diapers). Are you left handed?
I'm right handed. Size wise they are pretty even but production wise right is winning. Kinda weird.
My right was always my winner - and I read it's totally normal. Wonder if it will be the same this time....
i didn't feel let down for a lonnnnng time. and i definitely think i had more milk in one boob. not totally sure though because i wasn't a successful pumper.
the bottom line with breastfeeding is: if you're wondering if something is normal, it probably is! lol! as long as the baby is getting pee and poo diapers, you're a-ok.
even though I am still preggo, this thread is giving me good review before I start nursing!!!!
