Hey girls. I'm really wanting to start the low-carb/Atkins diet now that Trystan is here, but I'm just wondering if anyone has heard any cons about doing this diet while BF? It's very high in calories, so I'm not worried about that. I'm really not a big meat eater, so my diet will consist of lots of salads, chicken, tuna, eggs (cooked many ways), asparagus, brocolli, cauliflower, peanuts... so I wouldn't think there would be any issues with that. Any thoughts?
