    How's everyone doing??

We're still nursing every morning, evening, and 3x's a night. My freezer stash is almost gone, I am giving her one bag a day of that at the sitter's house until we're done. She still is refusing much of the whole milk but is taking a little more each day.

As much as I love nursing, the bond...the time together...some days I am ready to have my body 100% back! But then I can't imagine not nursing.

I know this may sound a little bit selfish but I am ready to be done. It's tough because Evan relies on nursing for comfort so much during the day. I am not feeling like I can't do it any longer but I think I will be ready when he is ready! He is still not taking whole milk so I have a feeling we will be at it a while longer.

I think I have been successful at cutting out our first thing in the morning feeding! I tried to do it about 2 weeks ago, but Will was having none of it. But I tried again starting on Sunday and it has now been 4 days! That means we are down to just 1 feeding per day - right before bedtime. I really don't mind this feeding and can see it going on indefinitely.... I love the snuggle time!

I hear you! We're still doing the morning and evening nurse, and I'm pumping on the way to and from work, but I'm not getting a lot. I have no stash left, so we're still doing formula as well. I give her a little milk w/ her formula, but I really have no idea what she's getting during the day, probably not much if any... I'm waiting to talk w/ my chiropractor about a substitute for the milk. He's big into macrobiotics, and while I'm not thinking of going that route, I'm sure he'll have some healthy suggestions for Desiree. I just feel like the milk is so hard on their little bodies! At this point I am not ready to be done nursing...

I know some LOs have problems with the milk, but some have none at all. Sam had absolutely zero issues, no upset tummy, no diaper rash, no diarrhea or constipation, nothing. I hope Desiree does well with the transition for you =)

We're still going strong. Grady nurses probably twice a night on average now, only a couple times has he gone down to once.. I'm really hoping that sticks! Then he has one first thing in the morning, and before each of his two naps a day, and once at bedtime... so geez, I guess that makes about 5x a day still! I love nursing though so it really doesn't bother me in the least.. I have no problem whipping out a booby anywhere and just getting the job done. And I don't have to pump, so it's very easy for us to continue. I'd be really sad if he were to wean himself now, actually. I'm hoping he'll go to 2 or so!

We are still BFing and I don't see a end any time soon. Sadie is nursing 3-5 times a day depending on what we are doing. At times I am so ready to wean but I know I will miss it when we do. She will not drink whole milk so I know she needs the vitamins in the BM.

How're we doing Momma's??? Who's still going strong? Still nursing at night?

Desiree's still nursing when she gets up and before bed, but I think I'm ready to be done pumping. For the past month I've been pumping on the way to work and then again on my way home, but the past week or so I've not been getting much more than a couple oz...

We're still nursing...during the week, it is usually 2x in the evening's and 1-2x's overnight (on a good night). On the weekends, she'll nurse during the day as well. I've been trying not to offer and go by her cue's only.

I stopped pumping back in May...it was the best decision for us. Pumping 3x a day for a full year + nursing was exhausting. I have noticed that my supply has certainly gotten lower but I still have enough milk to keep Kaylin satisfied. She does get antsy quite a bit since my letdown isn't very quick anymore and gets quite distracted if we're in a room with anything else going on.

I honestly never though I would nurse for this long, she is 14 months old! I want her to be the one to wean so I hope it happens before she turns 2 - I do not want to nurse after then. Plus, I would like a break in between nursing her and getting pregnant again!

Anyone else losing boobage? Mine have shrunk. And it's sad!

First off, WTG! I'm so happy for all of you that are still nursing and that was your goal! You ladies rock!

Oh yeah, the boobage is GONE. Before I was pregnant I was a 34 C, then went to a 36 D while pregnant, then to a 38 DD while pumping. I am not probably a 34A/B I really need to go get measured and get some GOOD bras because these ladies are like pancakes. It's gross and I HATE too see them. But DH still likes them, and my flabby tummy and bellybutton with it's awning! He says it's sexy because it's from the girls. I think it's gross, but whatever.
