I do not normally consume any caffeine, no coffee, cola drinks, tea, etc. But I have discovered how well they help my migraines and headaches. So I have a mountain dew (prefer the flavor over colas) maybe once a week or once every other week for the headaches, and have noticed no difference with my babies at all, and only started that in the last 6mo or so, I think. But I can have a Mountain Dew right before bed and it rarely keeps me up either. lol. Not to say that the babies sttn, because they sure don't often. lol

I don't worry about it either. I didn't drink much caffeine while I was pregnant just because I had an aversion to coffee/tea. But once she was out, I drink coffee when I feel like it and mostly, it's all good.

This exactly but i did have to cut stuff out when she was a newborn. Never coffee though. I drink a few cups a day and ice tea too. I dont drink soda at all.

You should treat yourself Kayla. It doesnt matter because naya is a horrible sleeper too but its habit and has nothing to do with what i am drinking or eating.

This is us but with coffee instead of soda. I'm very aware of my caffiene intake, but Em doesn't sleep well anyway. My BFF's 13 month old sleeps 12 hours at night (might get up once) and takes at least 2 two hour naps a day. I would be beside myself if I had that much time to myself a day lol.
