I do not normally consume any caffeine, no coffee, cola drinks, tea, etc. But I have discovered how well they help my migraines and headaches. So I have a mountain dew (prefer the flavor over colas) maybe once a week or once every other week for the headaches, and have noticed no difference with my babies at all, and only started that in the last 6mo or so, I think. But I can have a Mountain Dew right before bed and it rarely keeps me up either. lol. Not to say that the babies sttn, because they sure don't often. lol

I nursed my twins for 2years and 2 weeks! A little sad to be all done now.
I don't worry about it either. I didn't drink much caffeine while I was pregnant just because I had an aversion to coffee/tea. But once she was out, I drink coffee when I feel like it and mostly, it's all good.
