How much do you think caffeine affects your LO? I avoid caffeine most days. Well, besides my addiction to chocolate. But as far as coffee, tea, cokes, etc, I avoid all of those most of the time. Occasionally I will have a small amount of tea but I try to drink it in the afternoon after her nap and hours before the next time she will nurse, which is bedtime.
I might just be paranoid but it seems like the few occasions I have had a coke or tea then she doesn't sleep well. Of course we have had nights of her not sleeping well when I didn't have caffeine so I'm am probably just looking for an obvious reason.
So do you notice that your LO is affected by your caffeine intake?
