I am expecting baby #3 soon and plan to exclusively breastfeed as I've done with my first two. One challenge I always face is wanting to lose the pregnancy weight while maintaining my milk supply. I've been very fortunate to have no supply issues in the past.
The only way my body seems to lose weight is by reducing/eliminating most carbs from my diet. Does anyone have suggestions for maintaining milk supply through food that is not carb heavy?
