    Default Ughhh.....

Okay so I was going to throw in the towel with trying to relactate after my daughters pediatrician warned against the use of Reglan. But my heart won't let me. So I'm going to have to go into super pump mode and take all of the natural supplements I can. Wish me luck.

You can do it, you can do it, you can do it!!!! Just keep thinking, it'll work, and once you're on the other side of actually doing it, you won't ever regret all the hard work!!!!

If your doctor is supportive of the medicine why is the ped against it? Not trying to be nosy, just curious. You don't have to share details if you don't want to.

    Hang in there!

You can do it! Way to go for wanting to put the hard work in. I hope the herbal supplements work well for you! What are you using for a pump? I'd make sure it's a good one so it will work as hard as you are.

He told my DH that the mothers they prescribed it to usually came in with their faces twisted and had to be prescribed another medication to correct it. Also that it was really sad to see them go thru that when they were trying to do what was best for their child/ren.

Sorry to hear that. I hope that he's using actual data to support his ideas instead of giving bad antectodes and sabotaging you. I'd go with what your doc and the lactation consultant recommend. Some pediatricians are not very supportive of bf. I hope you're doing well!

Best of luck to you! I can't offer any experience or advice, but be proud that you're doing everything that you can.
