Yeah. If it actually has the name on it, I probably wouldn't keep it....i wouldn't want to do any free advertising. But gifts or hand me downs that don't have the name plastered on them? they don't get any extra money from me.. The stuff has already been purchased. So I don't see the that as big of a deal. Plus the merits of using second hand things outweighs the one symbolic boycott to me. The fundraiser scenario is interesting. I probably wouldn't go to something like that either, even though the decision to have it was already made.

If it did not have the big name right across the front I would keep it. It is a shame too because it is a nice sweatshirt. I do not want my almost 8 year old daughter to be a walking billboard for them though.

I've never been a fan of A&F but my little cousin likes them. Such a shame for them because they have lost me as a gift/gift card shopper now.

Well crap - just confirmed that Hollister and A&F both have Jeffries as their CEO. My 14 yr old loves Hollister, and lives in the hoodies he has from there.

Hollister gives me a headache with their music and the amount of cologne/perfume circulating the vents.

Aside from the abundance of colorful language, which I could do with a little less of, I loved this! So great. I truly hope that the people who have decided to "boycott" or "girlcott" A&F as a result of this will affect their profits.
