Jake is heavily sedated and my friends all just left. I can't sleep. Good to discuss bigotry rather than relieve trauma

Amen. Just don't retraumatize yourself by the gay marriage repetition compulsion that is the debate boad.

I'm glad to see nothing has changed around here. It's good to be back.

Just to let you know, Chris (Soxy), Kim (Kimpossible), and Kate (Calbear) are all praying fervently for you, and following your story through me. I hope you don't mind. We just love you so much, and were up half the night worrying with you. You and Jake and Nate and Julia and Luke. We love you so so so much. OK, I'm crying now, and I have to go. Church meeting tonight, but text me, please.

And everyone else: please pray for Melissa and her baby boy. Like you've never prayed before.

I don't try and justify my sin by saying it is not sin. I don't purposefully keep sinning, if I realize that I made a mistake I stop doing it. I don't identify myself by the sin I am committing. If I am cheating on my husband and identify myself as an Adultress and state I plan to continue to live that way no matter what other people think it because that is not really what God meant when he said adultery is wrong, I would not be a good upstanding moral leader for the Boy Scouts.

Makes zero sense.
I would not say that it is ok in a debate forum like this to call anyone names, whether that is calling someone a looser, a sinner, a bigot, a murderer (abortion debates), a racist or any other name. If it is not ok to call people names, then it is not ok to just not call names all except the one that is considered politically correct.

Melissa I am praying for you and your little boy. I have a Jake too who has been through a life threatening illness so I know how helpless you feel when when your kids are sick and hope whatever the problem is that it will be resolved soon.
