Yeah I like the way it looks too, and I wonder if people think I look weird. But I don't have weird eyebrows, just not perfect clean ones. And it HURTS.

Never had a pedicure or manicure done. I do paint my own nails at times but it's hard to keep up with and chips so easily. I can't justify the cost of going for regular mani's or pedi's and also have no one to watch DS if I did anyway. It's also why my hair gets cut maybe once every two years and I stopped getting my legs and eyebrows professionally waxed, I do my own waxing now.
I'm obsessed with neat eyebrows. I get mine waxed every 3 months and then pluck in between.
I was going for pedis all the time. At least once a month in the summer, but then I developed not one but two awful plantar warts and I am too self conscious to go right now. I probably picked up the warts in the pool locker room. Anyway, they've been extremely stubborn so I'm seeing a podiatrist to get rid of them with what she lovingly refers to as 'rocket fuel'. Until they're gone, I refuse to have a pedi. I don't get manis often. My fingernails are unfortunately very thin and weak and there's nothing I can do about it. I just keep them trimmed pretty short and keep my cuticles trimmed and use lots of cream.
I am also maniacal about groomed brows. I must wax, and pluck any strays between waxings.
I'm also having my hair trimmed more often because I just cut over 10 inches off in December.
I grown my nails a bit long. The only care involved is clipping them when they get rough or too long. Every once in a while I sit and use the fancy files and buffers, but not often.
DD on the other hand loves having her nails done, so we will do that together. But that is about girl time, not my nails.
I practically never get professional mani/pedis. It just isn't a priority for me and I'm a little bit paranoid about cleanliness anyway. I always worry that things aren't sterile and I'm going to end up with some funky rash or infection. That just isn't enjoyable.
