Love berries right off the vine too. At our cabin there is a lot of huckleberry bushes, so in late august we spend a whole weekend picking them, but most of the time they are gone before we make it into the cabin

Chocolate coconut ice milk: 1 can coconut milk, 1/3 c. bittersweet chocolate chips melted, 2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/8 tsp liquid stevia (or whatever the sugar equivalent is). Whisk all ingredients together in large bowl, pour into ice cream maker and freeze. Serve immediately for soft-serve consistency or freeze 2 hours for firmer ice cream.

THere is nothing better than a cold, sweet watermelon. The fruit I despise is canteloup...gag me. My kids won't eat it either, but we all love watermelon!

No lemon fans in my house either so lemonade doesn't go over well. We all think it's too sour.

I just bought an ice cream maker and made homemade ice cream twice over memorial weekend. So good, but quite a hassle!

If you make your sorbet can you please send me the recipe?
