I read an article yesterday about the Mayan calendar. I can't find it now of course. But it basically said that they Mayans broke up time into a variety of cycles, one of which ends tomorrow. It is a 5000 year cycle. By there reckoning it is the 4th cycle of this kind. The fifth starts saturday and will be an opportunity for a world different than we have if we have progressed enough as humans to be ready for it. But there is definitely mention of a fifth cycle.

Haha, no. Although if it does end tomorrow, that will save me from having to put away the laundry I have once again let stack up in our bedroom.
