I loved Hawaii Five O, Am watching both NCIS's and am really looking forward to Blue Bloods. I have not seen any interesting new shows though.

For new shows I like The Mindy Project. Watched it on Hulu. I will probably watch that 'cause she's hilarious.

I used to love SVU but gave it up when Chris Meloni left. I think it's time to give up The Office as well. I hung in for a long, long time but it hasn't been good in quite a while.

OH and I like Falling Skies too, but it'll be a while before that one comes back.

Watching "The Office" since it is last season but I agree...not funny since Steve Carell left. I watch Parenthood too but....meh so far to this season.

Blue Bloods, Modern Family, New Girl and The Voice are what I waited for this season. I haven't watched "The Mindy Project" yet but glad for the good review.

I don't really watch any series. Pathetic, I know. I like The Voice, Dragon's Den and Shark Tank. That's about all I ever watch. There's no real commitment in any of them, so to speak. You can miss a bunch of shows and it really makes no difference. Smile

I like the Office and 30 Rock (really deep stuff lol!)

I agree The Office has been losing steam for a while now, but you got to admit Dwight trying to walk on that tight rope was pretty hilarious... At the end of the day, I'm all about the stupid humor Smile

I agree I liked the tightrope. I liked him asking Pam to sit there, and I liked the paper flying everywhere. But that was it!

30 Rock cracks me up, even though last season wasn't as great and I never like the live shows. I've been watching all the older ones again through Netflix and laughing my head off. The one with all the celebrities singing to get a kidney for Jack's father is hilarious.

30 Rock is great! I haven't liked it as much since Jack married Avery though.

I love Parenthood so I'm glad it is back on. And I'm hoping they'll do another season of Dance Moms Miami because I really enjoyed the first one. But mostly I'm just happy it is football season again!

No, the NFL. I agree, it is pretty wacky with these sub-par zebras. But hubby and I play Fantasy so I'll take what I can get!

With the NHL lockout, don't come to Canada. You'll find millions of unhappy folks up here right now. At least they're finding other things they actually enjoy watching other than hockey.

I like to watch it but don't always get to see it, I just got Uverse with a DVR so now I might actually get to watch all the shows that I have been missing. I have been behind the times.

I like Walking Dead I think the new season is going to start pretty soon.

30 Rock here too!

I looove Modern Family, but we aren't caught up to the current season yet (just recently started watching past seasons) so I don't know if we will actually watch this season as it comes on, or wait until it is on DVD. Depends on whether or not we catch up in time.

Does anyone else NOT watch TV? We got cable a few months ago, against my arguments, and only because the bundle gave us both cable & internet for less than the internet would cost alone. Now my DH is addicted to late-crime true crime shows and my kids will watch almost anything if it's in a foreign language. I swear I can't believe how many times a day I'm saying, "Turn off the TV!" On the plus side, if I go missing, someone can just check the most recent shows for how he offed me & where he hid the body, LOL.

The TV in our house does not come on until after the kids go to bed during the week. My kid are only allowed to watch a little on the weekends. But I LOVE true crime shows and since I have horrible insomnia that is what I am usually watching in the middle of the night.

I watch a lot of true crime shows too. What amazes me is how long some of those people get away with it even when everyone knows they did it, and how many people will confess to something they didn't do.

We don't watch much TV. We've only got cable right now because there is a free promotion. Normally DH and I just watch our favs online.

I watch the shows I previously said after the girls are in bed. We watch no TV at all during the day. I would get nothing done. The internet is distracting enough. The girls are allowed to watch DVD's in the evening or on the weekend, but not during the day. We do not get cable.

Well if there are people who don't watch TV, you aren't likely to find them on a "What TV show are you most looking forward to" thread?

I always see shows I would love to get into but I always forget. I actually started watching a series called Crash, on Netflix. I was cancelled because Dennis Hopper died. I have watched a few episodes and have enjoyed it, and try to watch at least one episode every weekend. I like watching movies more than tv series, though. I admit I like Teen Mom, heheh.

I admit...we probably watch way too much TV around here. The boys don't really watch it in the morning, except the news if we have that on. But after dinner they can watch TV as long as all of their homework is done. I'm addicted to Friends reruns, so that's what I watch once the boys are in bed. My dh works nights, so I usually fall asleep with it on...makes it easier to relax and not listen for every.little.noise.

Even though I don't watch TV, I read this thread. So it seems that maybe someone else might read it who also doesn't watch TV. I read a lot of threads here that don't actually apply to me, that's part of the fun.
