    Happy Mothers Day Everyone!!!!!

Hope you have a wonderful day.

I got a shirt, sweater, teethable necklace, and about 5 cards (my kids really like making cards). Lovely breakfast, and now DH had to head to work, so I think the kids and I might order in dinner so I dont have to cook.....though after all the 'lunch cake' I just ate, Im not sure I will even be hungry. Great Day!

We have had a lovely day. The kids had decorated the entire back stairs with cards they had made for me and its so darn cute now that the oldest two are writing on their own, love their freespelling/interpretation of words and pictures just slay me. My oldest made an actual book (at school, they bound it and everything), which we laid on the couch reading at 7 AM and I was in a puddle.....

Hubs and I played golf at my favorite course on a positively beautiful day here in the NE, I shot a 93 which after a year off with the blasted hip I was thrilled with, and I lounged on the couch reading all afternoon while the kids napped and he completed two house projects. He's out picking up takeout now as we watch the players tourney (I hope Tiger gets beat!) and its been a great day.

I hope you all felt appreciated and loved. Special shout out to the single Mama's on the board, extra love your way, you are awesome and I am in awe of you for all that you do!

I always get the shaft on Mother's Day, but I'm okay with it. Spent the morning cleaning the house since my in-laws were coming over, then made cookies which Juliet said she didn't like, then dinner wasn't ready when it was time for me to leave for meditation so I came back and ate alone after everyone was done. I brought home some watermelon for the kids and now they are criticizing me for not bringing enough home for them! ha!

But they also made adorable things for me and hugged me a lot, so I am happy and content. I didn't get pampered or spared any work, but I am loved.

I had a good day today. Kids acted like normal human beings and not snarly rodents for most of the day (just kidding kind of) so it made the day awesome.

One of my oldest friends in the world had her first baby today just under 2 hours ago. I can't wait to see him.

I had a decent Mother's Day. Jace had a nice temper tantrum that pissed me off but we eventually got over it.

    Happy Mother's Day!

Ugh Laurie..not cool. You should not have to clean on Mother's Day or get yelled at for watermelon.

Ugh...tantrums. I'm really surprised we went the day without one. We usually have at least one meltdown. So sorry
