Thanks everyone! Yep it was cuh-razy fast. We listed it on Wednesday. The housing market is crazy here right now which is awesome for selling, but now we have to hurry up and try to find something that we love, and then do like our buyers are doing and jump on it right away. In this market if you find a house you really like you don't get to sleep on it, you just go for it. We are going house shopping tomorrow. I bet we'll end up paying full asking price for our new house too. Crazy!

    Congratulations Alissa! So wonderful.

I still have traces of my Canadian accent, usually when I say the word "sorry". Canadians like to apologize.

My legs are a little better today. Don't know if they have Epsom salts here on the island but I will check tomorrow. Thanks! It has been pouring all afternoon but we are having fun anyway.

Alissa did you start house hunting yet?

I sold DH last night on the idea of getting certified to teach yoga last night, so this weeks project is picking what studio I want to do it at. I'm going to start in September! I'm really excited as this is something that I have thought about doing for years but the timing hasn't been right.

We had an awesome round of golf this morning after a fun date last night with friends at a great cajun restaurant. Tonight we have friends coming over with their kids so I'm busy cooking. Kabobs and caprese and sweet potato spears and corn and I'm doing this app with boursin and balsamic creme on pieces of belgian endive with chives. First round of corn on the cob for the summer tonight.....I never trust it before August but we will see. Our tomatoes are coming in like crazy, I'm so happy. This is the first year we have grown them in the garden rather than in giant containers as we knew we would be away too much to keep them watered (we needent have worried I guess as it rains every darn day ;/) but we are having our best season of tomatos in years so I guess this is the way to go. Keeping the deer away is the biggest challenge. Hope everyone is having a nice weekend

Melissa, fantastic about the yoga! You know I am a yoga fan and our local studio does great things in our community. I think that's terrific. Since I started doing yoga regularly, all of my aches and pains have gone away (well my regular ones!) and now I can even stand on my head for a few minutes. Love that you're going to teach it.

Melissa - How nice that your garden is doing so well. I am excited about my garden as well, even though I have had some obstacles with bugs this year. The butternut squash is doing the best right now. I am going to have a ton of it. That is ok though because it will last through the winter and it is one vegetable that I really like. I think my sweet potatoes are also doing well. The tomatoes do well until a point and then get some kind of worm and rot, so I have been bringing them inside while still green and letting them ripen inside. It is so rewarding to eat something you grew yourself. We had salad the other night where everything in the salad was from the garden.

I wish I had a friend with a garden. I love to bake with seasonal ingredients and only wish they were fresher! I am impressed by all the gardeners.

Why not have a small garden yourself? I have seen a lot on Pinterest about gardening in very small spaces. My cousin lives in Brooklyn and she has a little garden on her roof.
