I'm trying to imagine brown sugar & butternut squash together and I don't think I would like it.

I've never bought a house so I don't know anything about the procedure. Is it like renting where your proposal package includes some information about who you are & why they should rent to you? If so, then maybe they'll like your story better than the others. My friend swears they got their place because they were having twins and the owners also had twins, because there were a ton of other offers including couples with two incomes and no kids who, on paper, would probably be better tenants.

Thought I would give a quick update on Robbie. He had a great day at camp. He told the leaders that his head did not hurt all day, they kept a special eye out for him. His leaders really love having him there. The bump felt barely there when I last checked so that is good.

Alissa, dont get to bummed out yet. The house we are in now went on the market on Wednesday, we looked at it on Thursday and put an offer for 3000 above asking price that day. Found out we were the 6th in line for offers, and had put in the lowest offer. Our realtor told us not to get to excited about the house, but the previous owner picked us because we had the most money down and the strongest preapproval

Happy anniversary Alissa!!! You made it though the 7 year itch

Laurie, you are a peanut butter girl too? I go through about 16 ounces a week, alone, when I am training hard. I love it. Straight up, on apples, on bananas..........just yum. I recently found this stuff ~ its peanut butter powder, like, dehydrated PB. Its great in smoothies or even mixed with greek yogurt for all of the taste of pb but with less of the fat. The type I like is PB2, you should check it out, I bet it could curb some PB cravings without all of the fat. I even mix it with honey and dates sometimes for dessert. Soooo good.

I am addicted to pb, too...especially on apples! I'll add it to oatmeal for when I run in the morning for a little extra protein.

I've been down the PB2 road. I gave it up eventually because it just wasn't the same. It got me through the hardest stage of Weight Watchers though!

It is probably different by area. When we were looking to buy a house, it was illegal for the owners to ask personal questions about us. The realtor told us that is to prevent white people refusing to sell their house to a black person. (yes, that still happens)

Today is my babies birthday! I cant believe he has been in our lives for a whole year, and yet, it feels like he has always been part of our lives. I am sad my last baby is growing up! I just want to roll him in a tiny ball and snuggle him all day, but he is too big for that now Can barely get the little boy to sit still anymore.
